The instructions include directions for attaching hoses, however no hoses were included in the shipment.

Looks Good

Only ordered one 4 foot section to see how it would look in front of my house. Unfortunately, I was missing half of the order. Only item in box was the 4 foot section. No soaker hose, soaker hose clamps, corner pin or instructions. Guess it was just a fluke. Called customer service (which by the way took forever to get a hold of anyone; pandemic going on). They apologized for my order being only half there. They are sending a whole new kit so hopefully it'll come really soon. I want to order border for my whole front yard, but have to patiently wait for the excitement of a new look.

Love the product, but half of them didnt include connection posts and none come with soaker hoses. Guess the hoses are sold seperately?

This wall looks like stone without the work and is beautiful

I thought that this would be hard to do but it was easy! We purchased it to replace treated logs forming a square in our front yard that contained a Lilly bed. The logs were rotting after many years and not being young any longer, we looked for some lighter weight method of replacing what had been there. It comes in three colors to make any homeowner happy and it looks much more expensive than it was. It gives our Lilly bed a classical look.

Ok but

Easy to use and actually looks pretty nice for plastic. But mine was shipped without the hose or the cap for the water hole. For the price this is inexcusable. I got mine from Walmart. Suggest you open box before accepting delivery.

Wall is nice what I received so far

After 8 tries of contacting customer service I received 4 of the 7 I ordered. The wall is nice and what I was hoping for. I just hope I can get the rest of them. Holding on the phone for over an hour and still not speaking to someone is not acceptable. My charge card was charged before it was ever shipped and I'm still trying to get the rest of my order. I don't know how they stay in business with such a lax customer service.

Good Ideas Garden Wizard 4 ft. Wall

I have bought this product and loved it so much I decided to use it to create a new border in my backyard will recommend this product to any of my friends as it really gives my landscape a nice look and works as it says it would.

Landscaping wall without the backache!

I love this item. I can't say enough good things about it. The look of stone without the back breaking work of building a wall out of stone. Now, we all know nothing replaces stone - it is beautiful, but it is heavy and expensive. I ordered 8 of these and they were delivered the other day. When I got home from work I set them all up and assembled my planting area in less than half and hour. I would love the wall all by itself but then to find out I can fill it with water and it keeps my flowers watered via the soaker hose! Amazing. I am ready to order another 8 to make a matching square in the front yard. Kudos!

Easy

Easy to put together but missing hoses and stakes in some of them. Still have to contact company to see what will be done.

Didn't get all the pieces

Was so excited about this Wizard Landscape Border - that it is not only a border but can be filled with water and plants are watered through the soaker hose. Unfortunately the soaker hose and clamps described in the product summary were not included in the shipment. The pin for the Light Granite color was white - way off color. I also ordered the Dark Granite and the pin was a closer color to the border color. The Dark Granite didn't include the soaker hose and clamps either. I sent a note to Walmart hoping they would send the missing pieces and no response. So, returning them to Walmart tomorrow. I really want to try this so debating on making another order to see if all the parts will be sent next time - will just make sure my order meets the free shipping guidelines so shipping will be free and I'll trot them right back to Walmart for a return again. PS. The product with the "Wizard" in the name is the one that is supposed to include the soaker hose and clamps.

An easy to setup Garden Bed

The Garden Wizard Landscape Border makes for an easy to setup, great quality and environmentally safe Garden Bed. I had it setup in under 10 mintues. Look great, and really adds in to the beauty or my yard. Love the self watering drip system which I expect will save me, time, effort and money in the long run. It was very easy to expand the base 4 x 4 ft size to an 4 x 8 ft bed. If I had a larger yard, I'd buy another one.

missing stakes

i like this but it had more blocks than stakes so i have blocks left over

Should last a lifetime

Claims to be cheaper than expensive wall stones, when in fact, it's almost twice as high, easier? YES! Cheaper?? Not even close.My yard is 53 feet wide, 18 in. stones $2.25 a piece. (You do the math)

Awesome Product & Quick Shipping Too!

I'm so glad I took the chance on these. We took down an old fence with a overgrown Trumpet Vine on it and used 10 of these to build a 16 ft semi raised garden bed where I planted my Fargesia Rufa clumping bamboo that will grow to 10-12 feet and provide a nice privacy hedge. We purchased the dark granite and it is lighter than it appears on my monitor but still a great color. Installation was a breeze...I leveled the ground, connected the sections using the pins, loaded with dirt & plants and voila! I'd recommend these if your looking for a quick and easy alternative to costly stone.

Individual Landscape Walls - Recommend with guidance

I think this product is a fantastic idea because of the flexibility and the soaker hose. I was able to purchase 20 of these to create two raised gardens, each 16x4 ft. However, only Home Depot sells these as individual units and you cannot purchase the Border Hose Kit separately (I had to purchase soaker hoses and cut them to fit). Also, I had at least 6 walls that either leaked when I filled them (3 were replaced for me free of charge) or did not drain into the hoses. Unfortunately once they are in and you plant veggies, you can't easily take them out. Word of advice: test them all before you fill the beds with soil and be prepared to wait for replacements.

Buyer Beware

When ordering this item please make sure you allow an extremely long time for it to arrive. Ended up canceling the order because it took so long and no one could give me an accurate ship date after three phone calls to Home Depot and over two weeks. I understand its not home depot's fault but the vender good ideas should really get their act together if they want to sell their products through a large retailer such as Home Depot. A frustrating experience.
