Simple and sturdy

I like the simplicity of the headboard. It is also sturdy and easy to connect to our existing frame.

We are still awaiting our replacement headboard.

I really love my twin size bed I had a queen size bed, but my bedroom is too small for queen so I’m really enjoying my twin size bed

This is junk

This thing was a piece of junk. Several of the pre-drilled holes were done improperly and half of the screws broke while trying to put it together. As a result, we were forced to just put the stupid headboard together with long screws cutting into the wood so it would stay together. Being priced at $250 was outrageous for the quality of the product I got. Would never buy again.

poor construction

the wood itself is really nice. but the construction is horrible. all 4 connection points broke immediately on construction. I had to run down to home depot and buy 2 screw plates and the screws to put it together.

Cheap (Worthless) Headboard

Don't waste your money. This headboard is poorly made and the screws meant to keep the pieces together broke apart. I tried to return it to Mattress Firm where I purchased it, but was told No Refunds or Exchanges. I will NEVER shop at Mattress Firm again!

Headboard

The headboard looks nice but it’s not secure and doesn’t stand up straight. Not a good manufacture product.

The headboard is as described. However the cams that came with the bed for assembly were all junk. Every one of them crumbled. Luckily I was able to buy replacements at ****

Nice Headboard

Attractive, functional headboard. Fit together easily but one of the screw holes on the leg to headboard was not usable and the hole spacing for the screws and dowels was a little off. Looks nice and seems to be structurally OK

Attractive headboard

Attractive headboard, particularly for decor with warmer wood tones. Ease of construction, with a caution applying to insertion of Cam Locks: be sure screw head sticking out of main headboard is lined up with the slot in the Cam Lock, otherwise, the Cam Lock will break. The vendor needs to elaborate on this in it’s instructions. Ease of care, just dust.

Cheap hardware

As others have mentioned, the hardware was cheap and snapped while trying to fit. We had to get more at local hardware store. Two holes were not quite open enough. We had to glue one side together instead of using the screws. The wood paneling looks nice so I hope it stays together

Great product fo our purposes

We bought this headboard to use in a guest room. It looks great and was not that difficult to assemble. It is a small room, so we needed a headboard with a slim profile and this fits the room very well.

Poor Hardware

All hardware literally crumbled as if they were made out of fragile material instead of metal. The good thing is that the company sent replacement parts.

Farmhouse Style Headboard

The Farmhouse Style headboard is attractive and sturdy, but I had difficulty during its assembly because holes in one of the side pieces did not match up with the pegs. With the assistance of a hammer and some padding, I managed to finally get it assembled. I really like the looks of it.

Nice piece but disappointed; returned for refund

I disliked that the item had dings, dents and scrapes that were painted right over during manufacturing that were a bit too much even for ‘character’. Also, I was disappointed with the representative from the company that sells the item after I submitted pictures upon her request. It’s been over a week and no reply. I returned item for a refund and I actually purchased a second one and although it didn’t have the same issue, I was unable to attach the side/leg to head board due to the placemat of a front piece. It protruded about an 1/8 inch preventing leg/side to screw on flush. So I returned that one too.

crap hardware / meh

The crappiest hardware I ever had to deal with. Had to go buy all new camlocks from the hardware store because the ones it came with were such brittle metal, they fell apart when I tried to turn them. One was already broken in the package when I opened it. Drilled my own holes and added wood screws to have confidence the headboard would stay together. The headboard itself was pretty much the same as other places sell (meh quality / probably good enough).

Part broke when putting it together

The headboard was lovely, but the fasteners were made out of cheap metal. One of the cams that you insert to lock the uprights to the horizontal piece broke when I tightened it down. I didn't have any more of that part so I had to glue and screw it together as inconspicuously as possible.

Bad hardware

Cam locking hardware is junk. 4 out of the 6 crumbled when tightening. Can’t get help for replacing them

Not sturdy

The headboard is pretty but the way it connects to the frame is not sturdy. I bought the two from the same company just to make sure I had a good solid fit between the bed and the headboard. IT didn't matter. We even took the headboard back off the bed and lowered it, so the feet sit on the floor to try to provide more stability. This makes the headboard lower, so it doesn't show as much as I wanted.
