Superb product - would buy again

Classic 2 Piece Carving Set

This is a gift, but I already know it will be wonderful. Purchased the 4 essential knives for my daughter and her husband last year, bought the sharpener in April and all are excellent. She has small hands and he has large, so the knives work for both of them due to the handle balance. When they were using the Suduko to cut a prime rib roast at Thanksgiving I knew what their Christmas gift would be. FYI - they actually take good care of these knives from washing to storage.

Great time. Bought as a present, but had to return as they already had it.

Very good knife handle takes a little to get used to but holds an edge for a long time if looked after. But if blunt it is a little hard to get the edge back and make sharp better get them professionally sharpened. Still love using them and they don't rust.

I've had this brand of knives for 15 years and I love them. Have never had to replace ngn, have a knife sharpener that is from the same brand that is easy to use to get them sharp. It is a nice design, comfortable in the hand, light in the hand. Awesome to cut with. If you buy this, you will have it for the rest of your life. Good investment. Have tried other knives but they do not meet the same standard. So I only have this brand in my kitchen. Highly recommended !

As I am a chef I need to have really good knives in my kitchen at all times and by far my favorite knives are the global brand. They are quite expensive but do you go on sale about twice a year but are totally worth every penny because they do come with a lifetime warranty! Also I love the nice is all one piece of steel instead of a piece of steel and a wooden handle piece which will more than likely fall off! I have been using this brand for over 10 years and will never change these knives stay super sharp with is also great because your not having to get them sharpened very often like other brands

If you want the best kitchen knifes you buy global!! Sharp, resilient to damage and cut absolutely beautifully. I'd never buy another brand and have used global knives for years now! Being a chef I rely on a decent knife set and truly get that with globals
