Missing parts, wrong color

I ordered this couch on May 6th, finally got it May 17th. The couch came in one large box but upon opening the box, we realized that not only was it missing the 2 side panels that literally hold the whole couch together. So not only could i not put the couch together, this CLEARLY states “light gray” and i got a BLUE COUCH!

The sofa is beautiful, it fits perfectly in my office and my dogs love it. My only complaint is it sits kind of low. I had the hardest time trying to figure out where the arms were. It turns out there’s a zipper compartment underneath the seat and they were inside the zipper compartment.

The color is really nice. Very easy to assemble. The ottoman is a good size. Be sure to get a couple throw pillows to make it comfortable.

Affordable cute couch

Easy to put together and is very comfortable to sit on. Looks great in my new apartment

Horrible assembly

The most impractical piece of furniture I’ve ever put together. It literally makes no sense the way they have structured the composition of this couch. None of it makes any sense logistically. But it’s looks nice.

It was small and not so comfortable

I’m amazed how soft and comfy this is. Some reviews said the couch was too firm… but as someone with back issues I found this to be very supportive. I can’t believe how great it is for the price

Missing Parts and Still Got Charged by Walmart

Sofa was missing parts - I had to pay to get it removed from my apartment and still had to pay full price to Walmart for it!!

Only gave this 4 stars because it isn’t the most comfortable. Looks nice, good price, just very firm. Great for a small space and good purchase for the price. Simple to put together, didn’t take more than 20 minutes

The material is amazingly soft, everyone at home loves it, and the couch itself looks nice and modern. Most of all loved the price 😉

It's undoubtedly buyable again!!

When it arrived, everything was neatly tucked in the box. Instructions were feasible and in labeled with letters in order as per the instructions. No tools needed. The color ( gray) is amazing and matches my other gray furniture in my living room. The velvet texture is so comfortable and I just love the ottoman for extra leg comfort. This is worth every penny without any regrets paying for it.

No Regrets to rebuy again

I just received this item. I am living the velvety feel and the color I chose ( gray). I haven't put it together yet but just by analyzing the parts, I'm excited about it's use. It made me comfortable just looking at it.

Beautiful

This CosmoLiving Gloria Upholstered Sofa Sectional with Detachable Ottoman and Reversible Design, Blue Velvet, is a gorgeous piece of furniture. The color is lovely, and it is nice and sturdy. It is excellent for sitting, but unfortunately, it isn't one of those layback, sink-in, watch-a-movie, and fall-asleep couches. It is more of a guest bedroom or office couch. On that will be sat on, but not for long periods. It seems like a modern waiting room couch. It is most definitely a beautiful piece.

Beautiful…but not worth it.

I was ecstatic to receive this. I adore velvet everything. The couch is pretty. I will say that, but that is where the “pros” end really. My husband put it together and it said it would take about 30 minutes. That was true. We put furniture together all the time. So we know when things will last just on how we have to put it together. I do not think this couch is one that you will see in 10 years. Maybe not even 5 unfortunately. I can’t exactly explain, but the way you put the legs in is VERY odd and I don’t think they will hold up. Just my kids and I sitting on the couch (11&9) it felt like it would not make it. The couch is extremely cheap feeling. The velvet is cheap feeling. I’m there are levels in velvet and I would say this couch fabric is right above costume velvet.

Nice sofa pretty color

This sofa is a very pretty and stylish sofa. It was very easy to put together and took me about 30 minutes by myself. This sofa is comfortable to sit on, but not comfortable to lounge around binge watching tv on kind of sofa. We are using it in our teens game room and they love it. The color looks darker or lighter depending on the light in the room. This is a pet hair magnet so if you have a cat or dog this may not be the sofa you want. This pictures I included show the parts and there aren't that many. The two sides are stored in the bottom of the sofa seat to not have to have an even larger box to ship it in. This is one of the easiest pieces of furniture to put together because it is straightforward and would be difficult to mess up. The instructions were easy to follow and written well.
