I can’t get the screw out of the back to put the batteries in. The screw is so tightly put in there I’ve ended up stripping it. Why they put a screw in it to begin with is beyond me. It’s just a mirror, a backing with a simple snapping lock would’ve sufficed. Now I have to figure out a way to get this thing open to put batteries in it in order to even use it!

Why in the world would you out a battery compartment behind a screw??? It's a basic makeup mirror, could you not have just made it open with a simple catch??? Who does this??? So freaking annoying. I'm not even going to comment on the mirror, you've already failed

difficult to add,* change batteries

this is a lot smaller than I expected. second there's no instructions. you will either need to scan the QR code which did not work or go online and find the product to download instructions. the most challenging part was removing the teeny tiny screw and finding a Philips head that was small enough in order to add four AAA batteries. I would have preferred an option to charge it with a USB.

No direction can't open the battery compartment stand don't go to far down.It is not worse the amount I payd I like a refund and return it

Manufacturing error

The screw to the battery compartment is over tightened. Will not unscrew and needed up stripping it. Returned and tried another mirror and had the same issue. Don’t buy.

Sad little light

The lighting is not bright at all and the battery dies after about 3 mornings of use. i was using it to apply my makeup and fix my hair. Then, I would turn it off and store it away.

It fits my makeup table. Variable lighting, I had to ask friend with tiny screwdriver to open and add batteries. I trust as little I use lighting batteries will last a long time.

Basic, battery operated makeup mirror.

Worked well enough for what I needed it for, which was a travel makeup mirror. Does take four AAA batteries.

I bought this for my granddaughter. She loved it
