Not silver. Tacky telescoping style.

I ordered Matte silver. The rod is a champagne gold color while the rose colored balls on the end are more silver. It definitely doesn’t match the image on the webpage. The rod comes in three pieces so that it is adjustable. The outer two are 1 inch wide and the inner is thinner which looks really tacky when the curtains are open.

Missing parts

I wound up with 2 rods and 0 end pieces. Annoying. Ugh.

Good Quality, not my style

I ordered this in the gold color. Turned out to be to 'gold'. It did not fit with my decor. Returned it.

Good product, poor shipping and handling

The product itself is fine, exactly what I expected. I ordered two of these, one for my living room and one for my bedroom. One of the boxes broke in half leaving only the finials without the actual rods and mounting hardware. I filed a claim and they sent a replacement. HOWEVER, the replacement was a different product altogether, white with spiral finials. I don't mind it and am tired of dealing with customer service so I'm just going to leave it, but geeze...

Product arrive slightly dented and missing hardware. Otherwise, I really like it.

Stylish shabby chic rod!

A gorgeous curtain rod. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. It won't collapse with heavier style curtains, like my last one did. You will definitely love this stylish rod. Brings the beauty out in any room.
