Hate to leave a bad review because I usually love WayFair purchases and customer service. However, this product looks really cheap. It is also not a pretty color gold. It is a really brown gold that does not match any of the other gold accessories in my bathroom. it is a really yucky color! Unfortunately, it didn't work for me and I will be returning it.

Very noisy, sounds like a tin can when you move around the handles to use it. Color is off too tanish gold. I keep it hidden behind an artificial plant until I clean.

Cheap, flimsy handles that make scrubbing the bowl or plunging terrible. Handles constantly want to unscrew. Plunger broke on first real use.

Sleek design, but terrible quality. The toilet brush handle broke in two after one use. I tried gluing it back together, but it never stuck. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the Metal Free Standing Toilet Brush set! The fact that it comes with both a small and large brush is incredibly convenient, and having them together in one set rather than separately is a game-changer. It makes cleaning so much easier and more efficient. Highly recommend!

For a while, it was great! I can't remember what exactly broke, but I ended up throwing it away. Kind of awkward using the toilet brush with the round thing. I think I just scrubbed too hard and it broke. Plunger was super tiny.

We bought these for all our bathrooms. I saw reviews that were concerned about sturdiness but the feel as sturdy as any brush we've used before. I wouldn't go whole hog on the plunger - we have a backup heavy duty plunger for any troublesome clogs, but for a first try to see if you can get it going plunger it should work just fine.

Beautiful, but cheaply made. Fell apart, did not hold up well with use, husband ended up breaking it and I had to throw it away. Great looks, but not functional.

Love the holder. It looks great! I also love that it comes with 2 size brushes and 2 size plungers. They are however not of the best quality and may therefore not last very long. I am already having trouble with the handle for the toilet brush. I keep having to screw it back into the cover.

Love the look, hate the function. The plunger and brush handles come in two pieces, which is obviously necessary to put the guard plate on, but the quality is bad. The threads screw in and connect just fine - as long as you never need to use the toilet brush. Any pressure applied, the handle becomes loose and wobbly. If I could use glue or tape or anything to correct this, it would be fine, but that doesn't work. I ultimately had to buy a separate basic toilet brush to clean with, which now sits next to my toilet and defeats the purpose of the nice, enclosed utensil caddy. I'm sure I'll throw the whole thing out eventually, because it's a waste.

Poor quality. It looks great and fits into the theme of our bathroom, but it is not functional. After two uses, the screw between the brush and the handle became stripped and you have to unscrew the pretty bronze handle off if you don’t want it to come apart as you clean the toilet. This leaves you about 8 inches of a handle as you are scrubbing the toilet. Too close for comfort. WayFair was great and sent us a replacement but the replacement did the exact same thing. Thankfully my hubby is a tool and die guy so he will be figuring out a solution since we can’t find bronze brushes anywhere due to the world being out of stock on everything.

It's not easy finding a desent bathroom set consisting of Toilet Brush and Plunger. this set is ok. The metal is a little thin, and the plunger doesn't look like it will create a good fit to any toilet. But I suspect it's more for the sink then toilet. Nice getting different handle lengths as part of the set.

There was nothing wrong with the item, it was too small for what I needed and didn't work with the room. Much more disappointing was Wayfair's inability to try to work with me in returning the item for store credit simply b/c it was outside of the 30 day return. I find it hard to believe there is no way to override the system to generate credit. I have literally ordered thousands of dollars worth of product from this company. Very disappointing.

I was so impressed by the design, but it rattles whenever you touch it, due to the metal jiggling when taking out or putting back the brush or plunger. Plunger also seems small. I picked up another strong plunger to keep in the bathroom closet, if needed. One great thing was customer service. There was a small knob missing. I got a new one in the mail very quick.
