Home Depot didn’t carry the toggle bolts in the size required for installation on the on non-stud wall. Medline didn’t include them in the box. Couldn’t find them at any other store either. Had to return the product.

I tried twice (2 separate orders) to resolve the problem with Medline customer care and they just refer you to the "quality team" where your request vanishes or just wastes time and money with returns instead of resolving the issue at hand. Buy other brands, these guys obviously have no concern for their customers...........just their money.
