What you see in this picture is what I order but it is not what they sent me. The ones they sent were 12x20'' not 11x18 they were a lot bigger around and not the 7/16'' that I order so they did not fit my side window at all. Then to return then we had to go to 3 different place to get FEDEX to take them back. The 3 one was a half hour drive from our house. Was not happy with this whole process.

Adding a Little Security to My Window

I purchased these rods for security reasons. I have a window air conditioner now and really am unsure about leaving the window open at night. So these rods have really strong tension and fit perfectly in the window between the ac unit and the top of the window frame. I would definitely recommend these to my family and friends. Great product!

Wrong Description of Product

This product says it's 8". The smallest it goes is 12". Now having a hard time returning. Can't return thru Walmart only can return thru seller. Don't Buy if you're looking for 8".

Tips on ends of rods are too big. Work where being used but easily pop off small edge they are on.

Top Tension Rod

Perfect for my shower window which is surrounded in ceramic tile. I struggled for 5 years trying to figure out a way to hang a curtain rod on tile, wow.

Thin cafe curtain rod not for shower curtain

Read the description carefully. This is a curtain rod fit for a small fabric kitchen / cafe curtain. It is not big or strong enough to hold a full length shower curtain. I have a 26" shower entry I wanted a tension rod for. This one would fit the width, but it's not made as a shower curtain rod. It's too thin and flimsy for that.
