Nice piece of furniture for my beach rental house. Sturdy made of real wood. Easy to put together.
Love it
This armoire was a project to assemble but got done friends to help. But it’s a solid pice of furniture and works beautifully in my spare room as a closet and office storage.
Very nice piece of furniture for the price.
Driftwood color worked beautifully, matched my other things just right. The soft close hinges make the large cabinet doors close so nicely. Attention paid to detail by the builder worked out for me. Labels & guide holes seemed just right during the build. Keep It Up.
Very nice piece, very sturdy. Delivery was on time and packaged well
I bought this in gray. Honestly , it's sturdy, looks good and is just a good closet.
I ordered this for my Mom as she needed additional storage in her assisted living apartment. She loves it because the drawers are deep and there is plenty of space to hang extra clothes. It looks fantastic in her apartment. I was definitely a two person assembly job.
Good quality, fun to build, looks great!
This product is well made! All the holes lined up and if they didn't, it was because I needed to turn the piece around. Just follow the easy instructions step by step. The entire piece is adjustable when finished by loosening and tightening the hardware that attaches the doors. It suggests two people, but I put these together by myself with the help of books and a step ladder. And I'm 66! Highly recommend this company.
Great space
Rather than attempting to build this Armoire I hired a handyman who charged $250. It is great space and has allowed us to open space in our walk-in closet. I really appreciate that. This is made of solid wood rather than a cheap Pressed sawdust boards Which enables us to move the armoire around as needed since it is much lighter than the pressboard type furniture. The only nit I can pick is initially the armoire smelled of some type of chemical based finishing or sealing product. I left the doors and drawers open for a couple of days and It no longer smells. Overall, it is a very nice piece of furniture and I’m glad I bought it.
Beautiful piece!
I love this piece! Quality, beautiful wood. The assembly took some time - however, it is well organized and fairly easy instructions to follow. Much of the assembly can be done with one person -however, 2 people is required for the lifting and moving of the unit into position.
ARMOIRE
The Armoire assembly instructions were very good. The solid wood was very nice but the exterior has a plasticly look. It was very easy to assemble and fit the need for extra space. The price I thought was fair and reasonable. Would buy from them again
Overall pretty decent but no matter how i adjust the hinges the doors won't stay flush which makes me think either the frame is warped or the holes were drilled incorrectly which is disappointing for something that was not inexpensive.
Beautiful piece perfect for extra storage in a room with no closet!
Love it!
We have this at our rental property, and it has held up well through 2 years of short-term renters!
Great quality! This was my second purchase of this armoire.
Solid wood, except for some plywood
I like and appreciate that the majority of the armoire is real wood with some plywood mixed them. It seems to be And with the volume to meet my needs. My only criticism is that there is a faint Chemical odor, possibly of the finish to the wood, which I anticipate will diminish overtime. I am pleased with my purchase
The Greenport Armoire is beautiful (I got the white). It was very easy to put together, but it does take some time. I did it by myself (female, mid-50s, fairly handy), and it probably took about 6-8 hours of casual work. I took my time and checked off each step as I went along to ensure I didn't miss a step. Be warned, the directions are about 23 pages of pictures. I hate directions that are just pictures, but these were actually quite easy to follow, and the suggestion to use books to keep the unit a few inches off the floor as you work was very helpful. The company suggests you don't use power tools so you don't split the wood, but I did use a compact power driver to get some screws started (most had holes started, but a few purposefully did not), and if I couldn't tighten a screw completely, I finished with the driver. No wood split. It came in two flat large boxes I could not move by myself. I also got the optional shelf which fits perfectly. I would highly recommend this armoire.
