Worked great while it lasted. About five months after purchase unit started leaking internally. I was initially told they would replace the unit but because a newer model was available I would need to pay an additional $30 for the upgrade. I agreed to the charge and after several calls and emails the warranty replacement was never issued and I got no further replies. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. I don't think the product itself is bad, parts fail sometimes, but the experience with the warranty has been terrible. They agreed to the replacement 9/26/24 and as of 11/11/24 still no further response or resolution.

Overall very well done. Soft hose coils a bit too much when under pressure and you have more than 2o feet or so unwound. Maybe add a more swivel connection to the wand... or maybe that's available will call to find out

Easy to use, washed a couple cars already. The best thing was the easy use on cleaning our pool filters.

The setup was pretty straightforward. I didn't get a chance to fully use it as yet . Overall, it seems as a great product
