What happened to the 10yr warrantee?

False advertising

I’m not sure how they used power tools on these pots/pans in the commercials and the only thing I ever cooked in this pan was eggs (using a plastic spatula) and just look at how badly it’s peeling. The coating is getting stuck on the food. Absolutely dangerous! Don’t waste your money. False advertising. Throwing in the trash.

First, it was packed very well. Came in one big heavy box, but the pots were in one box, and the baking items in a separate box. The color is beautiful. The baking pans are so heavy, I can just tell they will bake my items perfectly. The pans have glass lids, and the pans are heavy also. Cant wait to get cooking and baking.

Not durable at all

The first time my son stirred in a pot the complete bottom ripped off. I bought Teflon utensils and after cooking an omlete the bottom still scratched.

Not as advertised

2 or 3 uses with plastic utensils made for nonstick and it scratched badly. Been using nonstick for decades. Never seen it scratch so quickly.

Blue Beauties

I not only like the cooking set in normal cooking, I get lots of compliments on the color. I kind of wish the lid handles were insulated, but I have silicone hot pads, so no big deal.

Disappointed

I’ve only had my cookware for 3 years and it is not living up to the hype. First thing you should know is that there are warnings on the paperwork it comes with that you cannot use this cookware on the high settings on your stovetop. What the ??? That was an unpleasant surprise.

looks Goods BUT...

These pots and pans look nice but they work the same as the $60.00 Walmart pots and pans. The coating has started to scrap after just 2 uses and now they are all completely scrapped and i don't use sharp cooking utensils my cooking utensils are wooden. I've only had these pots for 2 months. Don't waste your money.

Don't buy it from QVC

Don't buy it from QVC . Grant Stone.com sells this product for over $30 cheaper. QVC is jacking up the price for what you can get from Granite Stone for $149 🤬 They won't let me upload photos, wonder why. 😂🤣😂🤣😂

The cookware is perfect. Food heats evenly. Pans are easy to clean. Even though it says dishwasher safe I have been washing by hand. I only wish a larger frying pan had come with the set.

Don't use metal!!!

Used these pans once. Advertisement says you can use a mixer (mashed potatoes). Don't do it. The bottom scratches and pits.

Blue granitestone cookware

I have never been so dissatisfied as I am with this cookware. Whatever you do do not use metal utensils it does ruin the coating in the cookware. Also some things leave scorch marks on this cookware which does not go away.

I absolutely love these pots. Love that there is no need for oil or butter when cooking. I also love that every pot or pan cleans so easily without scrubbing. They are light weight so I bought a set for a very dear friend who has arthritis in her hands.

Great set! There is more in this set than I needed, but now it is incentive to do more baking. Love the blue color. Am skeptical on how it will hold up in the dishwasher tho. Will probably hand wash to maintain newness.

Amazing Cookware!

My husband bought these for me for Christmas and I just love them. I follow the instructions and cook at low heat. I have had no problems with any sticking. The food cooks great and I love the fact the pans don't stain inside or out; including the bottoms. I tried the copper ceramic and returned them since they chipped just sitting in the drawer. I don't use anything abrasive to clean the pans; haven't needed to. If you follow the instructions you should love the pans just like I do. Best pans I have ever used. They still look as if they just came out of the box.

Cheap and Underperforming

Do Not Buy! Non-stick coating wears off after about 4 months. Contacted about Granite Stone about replacement or repair and they refuse to help because you must register your product within 14 days of purchase. Where does it state that when you buy? This product is a scam. I purchased this item for someone else who ended up getting another set so I kept it and decided to use sometime later on. Shame because it seemed like a good deal, unfortunately the saying goes: "you get what you pay for" and this is exactly that.

I was very pleasantly pleased with the overall design and look of the 10pc set. The assorted items are lightweight and lids fit perfectly. The handles for all the items are strong and fit well in the hand. I prepared all sorts of items and the equal heating within the pans and non-stick surface was really good. Nice set ,welcome addition.

I’ve bought and tried many non stick cookware through the years, this by far has been the best. I made eggs on it with out butter or oil, the eggs cooked and slid right out of the pan. I want to see how it holds up over time, but so far this set is amazing. I’ve been using metal utensils on it and the granite stone seems unfazed by them. I got rid of all my sets and this is the only one I love using now!
