Blue for the Win Yet Again!
Not only do these pots and pans hold up to their A-1 reputation, they are pretty at the same time! I was pleased with the even cooking and just as happy when they really were easy to clean! No stick for the win!
This pan really can
This pan is awesome for a quick one egg breakfast! It’s easy to use and easy to clean! This has become my favorite to go to in the morning! I bough another one to give to my mom! I would highly recommend this or any other Granitestone pans!
[Rewarded Review] Egg sandwich maker
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife who has an egg sandwich almost every day for breakfast. Our current non-stick pan is severely scratched. I felt this pan was a healthier option.
Absolutely the most adorable little frying pan. So far, I love all my granite Stone cookware. It is truly nonstick, and it does great in the dishwasher. I absolutely recommend this. The egg in the photo is a large egg!
When I first unpacked this pan I thought geez its a lot smaller than I thought it would be but.. as it turns out when any of the family is cooking just for themselves its the perfect size. And so easy to clean. Just ordered some silicone utensils to keep all my new pans in good condition.
This pan is adorable. I purchased the small nonstick fry pan because my daughter (46) switched to cooking with all stainless steel but she said her eggs did not cook so well on the stainless. In order to get them the way she wanted them it requires using too much butter or oils. So, I found this cute pan (with no toxins or PFAS) about 6" and it's perfect for her and a couple eggs. Good Item.
Love the Blue color of this small Granite stone Frying Pan. Perfect for (1) fried egg or a couple of scrambled eggs, however - the surface did STICK (it is designed NOT to be used with oil or butter) and I was quite disappointed that it did not live up to it's expectations. I cooked on a low heat & it was difficult to lift the egg out of the pan with a nylon turner and left horrible brown stains that were difficult to remove with soap & water. I don't recommend.
Love this little pan, perfect for small dishes
I absolutely love this pan from Granitestone. It is perfect for making a few taco fillings or sauteeing garlic and onion and herbs for a sauce. When you don't want to wash a bunch of dishes and you just need to heat up something quickly. This one is perfect and the pan gets hot very fast, which is something else I do appreciate. Very good also for frying because it is small therefore you can use less oil. I have also taken it to cook outdoors since it is super lightweight and easy to clean, seems to have held up pretty good. The coating is very non stick.
Best non stick pan I have ever used.
Got the little pan as a gift for Christmas, best pan in my kitchen, will have a larger one soon. Haven’t served a broken yoke from it yet. I see in some of the reviews that people are using butter, oil and the pan sprays. See many of them are using them any way and say food has stuck to the pan. Quite using the oils maybe they won’t stick. It tells you not to use butter or any oils. Pan just might work better. My pan hasn’t stuck and hasn’t had any butter or oils used. Love my little pan.
Our favorite pan - after daily usage
Love this pan! Been using this for months and really tested the limits. This is our go-to pan whenever we are cooking eggs, sautéing mushrooms onions, etc. it really is non stick, and it is so easy to clean. At this price, it makes a nice gift, and a great addition to any cookware set. We use it almost daily. Took a photo to show usage after almost 30 uses and it retains the non stick.
[Rewarded Review] Nice and compact!
This pan is adorable! I never owned a pan this small.
[Rewarded Review] Little Convenient Pan
The Granite Stone Blue 5.5" Titanium Diamond Infused Non-Stick Fry Pan is a handy little pan to have in your kitchen! I use this often to cook an egg for my daughter in the morning. The nonstick coating is amazing, the food just glides right off. I enjoy the dishwasher safe feature of this pan, as it is very convenient. Note, that this pan is small. It is good for heating a small amount of food. It comes in handy for my household, and with the exceptional quality I would definitely recommend. I look forward to trying other items from this collection!
[Rewarded Review] Truly non stick
First off, this is the tiniest pan I have ever seen in my life! It's also extremely light weight. I don't like over easy eggs so I decided to use it to make myself a little tiny omelet. It worked beautifully. I used two eggs, let them cook and flipped it to cook the other side and absolutely nothing stuck to this pan. My husband uses it for the over easy style eggs and they come out great as well. So you can use this pan to make different styles of eggs even though it's make for the one kind. It washes great since nothing sticks to it. Overall a great egg pan.
[Rewarded Review] Beautifully made
The pan is tiny. I didn’t realize that it was only 5” in diameter, so all it can hold is one sunny side up. Said that, it is my fault for not paying attention.
[Rewarded Review] Perfect size!
The Granite Stone Blue 5.5" Titanium Diamond Infused Non-Stick Fry Pan is just fantastic! It's the perfect size for eggs. You don't need to add butter or oil at all although I did use a bit of butter on my husbands fried egg just because he likes the taste. I scrambled two eggs for myself and it came out impeccable! This pan is one of the best non stick skillets I've tried and I really like size! The last photo is what the pan looked like AFTER I scrambled the eggs. You can see clean it is!
Good SMALL Pan!
First, note this pan IS small - but I bought this pan for one purpose: To cook two eggs sunny side up and use this pan instead of my usual saute or griddle pans to do so. For this purpose it is fine. The metal is a bit on the thin side and - good or bad - the pan overall is on the 'light' side. If you read the small print directions (which are senior friendly only with a magnifying glass) on the paper cover, it states it is best used on low to medium heat. I used about a quarter pat of butter anyway for flavor and cracking two large eggs into it filled the bottom of the pan nicely. Using the suggested low/medium heat, my eggs took longer to cook than my other pans - where I usually use medium heat - but when done, the eggs slid off the pan shaped in a perfect circle with no spatula needed. Clean up was a breeze using just a damp dish towel.
The more I use this pan, the more I love it!! It heats quickly and appears to heat evenly, and cooks things faster than other pans. I recently had a lot of ground turkey to cook, and split it between this pan and another stainless skillet I have (Revereware). This pan cooked much faster and more evenly than the other skillet. It's a breeze to clean, and the handle did not get hot at all on the stovetop. I am so impressed with the pan I am considering getting another in a different size.
Size matters
This is a perfect little fry pan. Whenever I need a small amount of an item fried or sauteed, this is just right. I use it for diced garlic often. I've used it to heat coconut oil. Half a dozen or so times, I have sauteed onions as a side for a grilled steak. But, I live alone and use small amounts of ingredients often. 5.5" is small! Be sure you need it. Do you really cook one egg at a time or saute only a quarter of a sliced red pepper? If you do, then order this.
A tiny bit of oil or butter won't hurt!
It's a nonstick frypan for one or two eggs and to be realistic about all the hype about being nonstick is ridiculous!? just a tiny smidgen of oil or butter isn't going to end the world! or add enough fat to hurt anyone. so cook your room temp egg on low heat and you'll have a perfectly cooked egg or two every time. oh as far as the egg take it outa the fridge 10-15 minutes before your going to cook it, it'll get room temperature, then it will cook evenly and all the way thru. and your granite stone fry pan will stay like new for a very long time!
[Rewarded Review] Cooks Evenly with No Sticking
I got this a couple of weeks ago and used it today to cook a couple eggs. Many times I want just a small breakfast for myself and don't want to use a big pan where the yolk slides and the eggs cook unevenly. You can see from the photos the two eggs fit perfectly in the pan and cooked evenly. The third picture shows how cleanly the eggs slid out ot the pan - leaving nothing behind. The small pan cooked the eggs perfectly for a sandwich on toast or like I had - on an english muffin.
