The top step is soft and it makes you feel like you are going to fall or trip.

I purchased two steps that were different colors. The top step is soft when anyone steps on it, even a 9-year-old girl that weighs 96 pounds. The 9-year-old girl’s immediate response after stepping on the top step was, "It made me feel like I was going to fall." I weigh 170 pounds and it felt like I was going to twist my ankle and fall when I walked normally up the steps.

Bought these steps to get into my jacuzzi and there perfect. The only drawback is I figured I could use the storage feature to hold my chemicals and items I need for my jacuzzi, but it is not water resistant… water gets in when it rains.

Perfect to use for our semi inground pool. Storage was an added bonus!

Needed a step-up for the hot tub, and this was the perfect item for that!

incomplete product/defective

The product is not complete. Defective. No response from Amazon

Item arrive with the two plastic plugs on each side of the step hinge popped out and it isn’t very sturdy. Worried the storage door won’t last long.

I like the steps but you need to take measurements in case you need to build them up underneath to reach the bottom step of the RV or travel trailer year buying it for. I bought 4-in flat block to build it up underneath and they work fine.

Would not recommend for anyone over 100lbs.

I had to return this product. It wasn’t strong enough for me to stand on top step.

Can’t understand why they cheapened up those steps by not making the surface you step on more rigged, it gives when you step on it pretty lame 😒

Defective product

This is the second time I ordered these steps and both times they arrived defective. The first time there were many holes on the lid that went all the way through, so water would get inside. We returned that one for a refund. This time the lid is a completely different shade than the rest of the steps. We contacted customer service and they downplayed the issue and told me to return it. I asked if they can be sure the next one is not defective and they couldn’t care less and said they cannot guarantee anything. Worst customer service. They apparently don’t have anyone doing a quality check on their products and keep sending defective items out.

Perfect step up to our hot tub and includes convenient storage for maintenance supplies.
