I was searching for a patio fireplace with natural gas. Most on the market for residential use is propane gas, so there seemed to be limited options available. However, this was definitely a great find. Not only is this a GREAT product in both quality, design and ease of use, but the service level received from BB&B during one potential issue was addressed with diligence and resolved satisfactorily. I just bought the glass wind screen to pair with the fireplace but haven't installed it yet. Looking forward to it!

Replacing a damaged tank cover

Although there was a big confusion about a damaged product that I received ,after months of waiting ,the company firepitsurplus realized that a repair kit that they recommended wasn't a good solution and they FedEx the replacement . I would admit unbelievable fast . It's important for every reliable company to have excellent customer service . I am looking forward to put my fire pit to work soon and I would recommend the company to everyone that wants to buy products on line and hesitates . Excellent products and I would take it further and say excellent customer service !

thank you roisupplier, they helped me with literally everything!!! i had so many questions but they were patient and led me to the right fire pit. i was looking at the lunar bowl but decided a table would be much better for my needs. 10/10!!!

Strong flame, aesthetic, high quality. Not much else you could want in a fire pit table.

Elementi Granville fire pit

Love it. Perfect size. Looks great! Prompt delivery. Wish there wasn't labeling on the glass that you cannot remove, but maybe that's a safety thing. Wish the hose were a little longer.

Back yard fun

We were actually surprised. This is a very nice fire pit. We did, however change the rock to fire glass which really made it Pop works as advertised. No issues were very happy with it.

wind screen + fire pit

i recommend getting the wind screen especially if you're in windy areas like we are. The granville is longer so it takes in more wind - this was my first fire pit table purchase and my wife and kids love it!
