They said they dropped off at the front door, the were put in my driveway by a sliding door that doesn't open. There's even a nit to please deliver to front door. I've had packages stolen from there before. They can't be that dumb not to know where the front of the house is.
Heat comes from the bottom ⅓ of the tower. Will be used all year.
Very quiet collation. It cools or heats the room very quickly. I’m highly thinking to get a second unit for upstairs.

My son has one and loves it. I've been using two, one that blows air and another that blows heat. He always tells me that one unit is best, less cords and it doesn't take up so much room.
