A Classic: Worth Buying Again & Again

This is a well-made file drawer/cabinet. It came in a timely manner, and it is of very good quality. NBF is always a good company to work with.

Bait and switch

Overall construction is okay but picture showed a slide out shelf which is not part of this cabinet. Update your photo or lower the price. Buyer beware!

I would purchase this again, but not sure if I would use NBF

Ordered in June, told 6-8 weeks, we are at 10 weeks now and still no delivery date available.

We are a small office so we needed our files all in one place without taking up too much room with multiple file cabinets. This cabinet fit our needs perfectly! The order process was easy and efficient, as was the delivery. Our first cabinet actually came damaged, but NBS made it right by the next week. Accidents happen, it's how companies handle them that set them apart. The customer service at NBS is wonderful! They immediately reshipped a cabinet to us and it arrived in perfect condition! There are exactly what we were looking for AND they had a document tray that I didn't realize it had. Able to pull out the tray and work with a document right there at the file cabinet!

5 Drawer Lateral File Cabinet

Great, roomy cabinet. It has a key so the cabinet can be locked for secure keeping of files. Also purchased the file hangers for hanging files which work great. The empty cabinet is very heavy so make sure you have some strong individuals to move it into place.
