Disappointed

It took me 3 week to be able to put the set together as I was missing a piece when I received it. It took 10 days to receive the new piece. Once I did receive it was damaged. It was not easy to put together as the tools provided do not work as well as the pre drilled holes did not line up. Now that it’s together it looks nice but I have not been able to enjoy it yet as it’s taken so long. I will most definitely hesitate to buy again.

I was disappointed to discover that the product required assembly. I had anticipated that a wicker couch would come pre-assembled, with the only task being to place the cushions. Although the assembly instructions were relatively straightforward and all necessary hardware was included, I was surprised by the size and height of the couch.

Toddler furniture

I’m not even mad that this furniture took us hours over two days to assemble. It is so tiny and dumb looking. It looks like it’s made for children. When I stand against the back of the couch, the back of it comes to about 3 inches above my knee. And I’m 5‘4“. Even the cushions are tiny and thin. It’s hard and uncomfortable and did I mention it’s ridiculously small?

7 months after purchase, following winter, the faux rattan on these items literrally fell apart. They were unused. This is Florida. We don't have a harsh winter. To our dismay, Target has a 90 day warranty/return policy. I think the materials falling apart in less than a year shoudl be considered defective materials, but Target's policy apparently does not take that into consideration. We requested an escalation and after a week we were informed they would not help us. Following that, we wrote to the manufacturer, Costway. Their website has a one year warranty on defective materials. They took our information and photos, and asked us to tell them which pieces were damaged. After another week, they wrote that they did not have the pieces in stock. "We hope you understand". Needless to say, Target has lost us as a customer. Do not buy this furniture.

So so

Weve had a similar set before and the wicker didnt hold up very well to sun. We re ordered this one because we still had chaises that matched it after we had to throw away the last sectional. This one has different fabric on the cushions. Its kind of slick and polyester feeling. Not what youd expect for outdoor furniture.

I agree with the other reviews it is a little low to the ground. But it's not too bad, the pillows do move around on it. It is lightweight! But I does overall look nice on our back patio. The assembly is a little time consuming. Best if you do it with 2 people. I would give it a 6 out of 10 it's not bad but it's not great and it does look nice!

Learned a lesson

We always read the reviews. Somehow, we didn't this time. If you're reading this, good job! Don't buy it. My husband calls it "hobbit furniture." I am only 5'4" and it is so low that my knees are above my hips when I sit in it. The return policy is that you pay shipping and it comes in three large boxes, so the shipping will be super expensive. We're listing it on marketplace and won't make that mistake again.

Challenging setup but cute and durable!

I recently purchased this outdoor set, and while it's undeniably cute, I can't ignore the struggle I faced putting it together. The assembly process was a bit of a headache, requiring more time and effort than anticipated. However, once assembled, the set looked adorable on my deck. The design is perfect for relatively small outdoor spaces, but it is much closer to the ground than I had anticipated. It's not a huge issue for me but if you're taller, I don't think this would be comfortable to sit on. The materials seem durable enough to withstand the elements, which is a plus. I have two dogs and 5 kids so this is a must, and I have to say it definitely seems like it will stand up against regular use. Despite the initial frustration with assembly, I'm pleased with the final result. Overall, if you're willing to put in the extra effort during assembly, this outdoor set is worth considering for its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge during setup. *I only have one of the corners set up in my picture...the other one I didn't have the motivation to put together yet!

I would not recommend this furniture to anyone. Return policy sucks. The customer has to pay shipping on returns according to their return policy and being the merchandise comes in three large boxes and each have some weight to them the cost would be outrageous to return which isn't fair to the consumer. I simply put this sectional up for sale the very next day instead of going through the hassle of repacking and hauling the stuff somewhere to ship it back. The furniture is cheap, way too low to the ground and the cushions are so slippery (like silk sheets sliding off a bed) you slide easily and the pillows won't stay put, plus they're so light weight, a small breeze will blow them off to the floor. There is not enough to the back of the sectional to even be able to lean back and relax. The pictures look nice but I would walk right past this furniture if I saw it at one of the big box stores. I was extremely disappointed with this furniture. Look the other way. I wouldn't give it one star but in order to leave this review, I had to give it something.

Toy patio set

Just finished putting this miniature patio furniture together. Do not think it's as big as it looks in the picture . It's really a joke . It's my fault for not looking over the dimensions before ordering . You pay for what you get so I got a kid's furniture set ! When I sit in it my knees are higher than the back rest and I'm 5'11" No joking

Turned our deck into an outdoor oasis!

We bought this set in the middle of April 2024. Even though it said shipping would take 1-2 weeks, all three boxes arrived within a couple of days. I'm so glad we chose to purchase this set, even though I was originally nervous because of the lack of reviews. Assembly was easy, but a bit time consuming because you have to set up each piece individually. We've now had our outdoor sectional on our deck for about a month, so far it has withstood a week straight of rain, crazy winds, and super sunny days. As of now, it's still looking awesome. The set is solid and sturdy, we've had people up to 275lbs on it without incident so far, and our four dogs have jumped all over it without their nails tearing the cushions. We absolutely love this set, it has turned our deck into an outdoor oasis and has given us a comfortable space to relax and to entertain. I will update this review if we see any problems arise within the set in the future, but as of now everything about this set is fantastic. I'm considering buying a second to make an extra-large section to wrap around our deck we love it so much!

Don't hold up

You get what you pay for. Nice stools. Clean look. Because they are not solid wood, they do not hold up. Two weeks into having these, the laminate is raising in two points. One of my stools fell over on hardwood floor and were damaged. The edges in two spots are rough and will be hard to repair. If you think that you’ll never bang into these, then they may be a good purchase for you.

What is this, a sofa for ants?

This sectional was very small and poor quality. Of course I checked the measurements but that’s always super hard to visualize. It felt more appropriate for my kids to use than adults. The cushions felt cheap and faded and stained from the sun in one day. You can’t keep the back cushions up because of the slippery fabric so it always looks messy and you slide all over the place if you try to sit. Overall I was grateful for a generous return policy so I wasn’t stuck with such a disappointing piece of furniture.

Meh

Basic. This took so long to put together and when we were done - we thought the measurements fell short and seem lower to the ground the most other patio furniture… but because it took forever we will keep it. The cushions slide all around and probably would benefit with different cushions, they are shiney and have a weird scent. And make sure you fasten the set together as it moves around otherwise. If you want a basic set well this will do … but for the price there are nicer products

Sturdy and great design outdoor patio furniture

I love this 7 piece sectional sofa set for my backyard looks great with red cushions that I bought last year. Since it is wicker material we had a lot of rain for whole week but material is waterproof and even if it got a little wet it dries pretty quickly. Easy to maintain and clean. It can easily accommodate 6 people and great way to have some friends over for outdoor entertainment . Would highly recommend buying this item. Very happy with my purchase.

Buyer Beware!!!

The assembly took awhile. This is a terrible sectional. The cushions don’t have ties anywhere! The fabric is super slick, just looking at them the move. Not comfortable bc the bottom cushion is so thin, the back cushions are made of cheap filling. This was so disappointing. As long time target customer, this product does not do Target justice!!!

Cheap cushions

The set looks beautiful at first, fairly easy to put together but the cushions are awful. I haven't even had the set outside for a full week and the aqua cushions are already stained. Tried to clean them with a little soapy water and nothing comes out. Had some white bird poop and its now a stain, dust mixed with dew now looks like dirty water spots all over. The fabric is so thin that I doubt I get a full summer nor would I want to if they are all dingy and stained. The cushions are also very thin. You can feel the hard wicker support when you sit. considering the price of seat cushions, I will probably pay more to replace them than I did for the entire set. Wish I would have seen this in person before I ordered.

Wreaks of smoke

Maybe it’s just mine (doubtful) but every box (3) wreaked of cigarette smell. It’s in the cushions as well. I unfortunately opened these in my house to start assembly… don’t do that unless you want that smell to linger. Glad it’s staying outside bc it’ll eventually clear the smell. Other than that it’s decent… could sit higher, didn’t realize how low it sat. I’m 6ft so it’s JUST comfortable height wise, but I’d prefer higher, probably add my own legs for that purpose.

Great stools!

These are great little stools! The wood grain on the backs is so pretty. They are super easy to put together. All together, I’m impressed! For the price you can’t beat them. The actual seat size is a little smaller than I expected. They are definitely more like stools, than chairs, but I love the minimalist look and the push all the way under my bar, so they are great space savers!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased this set with black cushions back in December as it was on sale. It was delivered mid January and sat in the boxes as we were waiting for summer. As soon as we opened the box last month and started putting it together we could tell it was very poor quality. The cushions are very thin and flat and not comfortable at all. We would have returned it right then, however we passed our return window as we've had it since January...lesson learned... not to purchase items early. After approximately 2 months of use, the cushions have faded terribly and it is under a covered front porch that gets morning sun only. I can't imagine how horrible it would be if it wasn't covered. I'm gladI got it on sale, but it is still money wasted and it most likely will not make it through a season. Please save your money and do not purchase this set. There are much better quality sets out there for less money!!
