This was fairly easy to put together however! Things were broken and I didn’t realize it until it was too late when I had half the drawers and cabinet put together. One of the sliding rail drawer things was damaged and the little ball that helps move the drawers back and forth was missing since the rail thing was bent. Also when I close the drawers I have to lift the top drawer above it “up” so I can close the drawer below it.

well built but plan for lengthy assembly time if you haven't put much stuff like this together before. only problem i had was adjusting the drawers to fit correctly.

It took a fair amount of time to assemble - but I was impressed that all of the required hardware was included along with some extras. The product serves the function I required. Some of the drawers are difficult to close completely, but this was not a crucial requirement for me.

I will say if you wanna struggle and spend over then a day doing this and then still when your done having to struggle that the drawers don’t close because the holes aren’t right or they scrape eachother then you won’t wanna buy this. Mine didn’t even come with the instructions on how to build it and then they sent me them online but they didn’t really help, i had to follow on the video which still wasn’t easy. it’s cute and all but i have to constantly be checking making sure they don’t scratch with the other drawer, and then if they do i have to take it off and unscrew the nail to put the railing a bit higher

Drawers are hard to open, long assembly time

Very disappointed in this storage unit. It came in 1000 pieces and the rails are poorly made so all of the drawers stick and are hard to open and close. I should have bought the ikea one for $80 more dollars as the craftsmanship is so much better.

Sturdy drawers for the most part. Two of the drawer slides broke (the ball bearings came out of the pieces they were encased in) and another piece that didn't have a hole drilled correctly. The company that makes the drawers do not/will not send replacement parts, so you're on your own to try to fix the damaged pieces.

The assembly was atrocious, so many screws. I’ve put together dozens of pieces in my life, this was the hardest and the drawers don’t pull out far enough.

Instructions are poor, especially about installing drawer slides.

Not worth it

The quality is poor. The drawer is small than the actual one in the picture and some pieces were missing and when you reach out they do not reply back to help with the issue and they don't do returns

Not worth the hassel

Customer service on this product is ridiculous. They will not return your call nor with they answer your e-mail. DO NOT PURCHASE. Is my advice. Mine had all the pieces but the slides for the drawers are cheap and old one just feel apart the bearing fell out. Now the local Home Depot does not carry this product and does not not carry parts for it and I cant.seen to find one that.will work with this cabinet. So I have a cabinet with one big hole in the cabinet where a drawer should be.

Why Fix Something That Wasn't Broken???

I have purchased this same file cabinet twice. The first one I purchased was perfect!! All of the drawers fit perfectly. They automatically stop when pulled out all the way and the unit is sturdy. This second purchase has been a disaster! The company changed the inner brackets. They have small hooks that supposedly lock the drawers in place. The locks are a pain in the neck, the drawers are hard to operate, and they have exposed wood on the back of the drawer. Won't purchase again!

The drawer runners are low quality and 2 sets had to be replaced as the bearings fell out.

Garbage. Drawer guides bind

Drawer guides bind trying to install the drawers. The ball bearings fall out. At that point, I tried to remove the drawer that was stuck half way in. Then the cheap particle board front of the drawer broke off (in half). I managed to get 5 of the 9 drawers in and appear to open and close without binding at this point. I went and bought better quality drawer guides in an effort to make it usable. Very poor design, especially with the drawer rails Don't waste your money on this.

The finishing like plastic and the drawer is very small.

Drawers don’t pull out enough

Wish I would have known that the drawers barely pull out. I bought two with nine drawers for organizing my skincare/makeup/hair products.

Good quality but does not open fully

The quality of this cabinet is very nice and sturdy but the drawers does not fully open, it only open half way which is not good at all.

I read a lot of reviews and was hesitant to purchase due to the negative reviews about assembly. Input this together, alone in about 90 minutes with no issues. Very please and happy.
