It has made a big difference to sitting at my desk

The first one I received was faulty - the 'tilt' part didn't work on one side (and in fact the screw-to-loosen fittings didn't seem quite right either). Staples customer service were very good, they arranged a replacement which arrived promptly, and arranged for collection of the faulty one. The replacement seems great, I've been using it for a few days now and seems to do the job! The only niggle with all this is that I had to make a video of the fault to send to Staples before I could get a replacement. This made me feel un-trusted as a customer and seemed like unecessary faff.

Sturdy and the right size

It's a good purchase but like others I needed to find a Youtube video to understand how to adjust the height. The included instructions are poor.

Podnóżek mega dobry. Guma śmierdzi ekstremalnie, ale 48h na zewnątrz + 4 dni w garażu redukują zapach do zera. Później jest bardzo dobrze. Podnóżek stabilny i bardzo ustawny.

Nach langem Lesen von Bewertungen und Produktinformationen habe ich mich für diesen entschieden. Und es war eine gute Wahl. Sehr robustes, und ansehnliches Produkt. Selbst wenn wir wollten, könnten wir nicht klagen: ein gelungener Einkauf!

Für mich erfüllt die Fußstütze ihren Zweck voll und ganz. Keinerlei Einschränkungen. Wir würden zu jeder Zeit wieder kaufen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Poprzedni, taki sam podnóżek rozpadł się po trzech latach intensywnego użytkowania. Kupiłem ponownie, bo po długich poszukiwaniach nie znalazłem nic lepszego. Ten ma wszystkie potrzebne regulacje i przyjemną powierzchnię pod stopy.

Very unfair refund

I returned this item exactly like it was sent to us. And I was only refun 35 Fr instead of 52 Fr. Very bad customer service. I will not order on this website anymore.

Back relief

It helps me to sit straight up keeping me from laying all over my desk! My back is finally not hurting anymore! I like how it gives you the option to either lock into place or you can have it to slide back and fourth. I like to keep it locked. It was easy to set up, just turn it over and lift up on legs to set your color pattern.

Great product INITIALLY

We purchased these for all of our sitting employees and they love it. The only problem we have is the longevity. We have had them less than a year and they seem to fall apart at the central foot adjustment preventing altering of the angle of the food pad.

Poor design, warning to short people

The "convenient" foot peddle is not convenient at all. They put it in the front for easy access. The problem is that I (and others who use my desk on Saturdays) are always hitting it by accident. I wish I had purchased something else. It was annoying to put together too. If I were any shorter (I'm 5'5") I would have issue with it not being adjustable enough. I gave it 3 stars because as long as it is locked it works fine.
