It is a beautiful piece. Only complaint is it doesn't come with a cover (I purchased one later for these pieces but it doesn't cover the base for winter). You can not rock in the chair as the back of the chsir hits the pole it is connected to. Having a pole on one side instead would be a better design.

The chair broke the first time I sit in it and what should have been metal was actually plastic. Parts were missing and I couldn’t put the chair together until my second chair arrived. Yes, I bought a second chair. Ugh. The weight the chair says it can hold was around 500-550 lbs, meaning 2 of me should have easily been able to sit in the chair with no problem. So me sitting in the chair by myself should never been an issue. I ended up with neck problems afterwards.

I wish it was 2-3 feet longer. I can't lay down. But it is a lovely swing and both my husband and I can fit comfortably. My mother will be ordering her own
