Just for a recipe?

First time buying bakeware just to make an All-Clad recipe (Peach Jam Hand Pie)! Love the heavier weight of this set, the easy to grab handles, and the fact that the half sheet pan doesn't warp while baking. The Hand Pie turned out delicious, so I recommend that too!

All-Clad Pro-Release Non-Stick Bakeware

Great product, food just slides off.

Caution before purchase

I purchased this Pro-Release Bakeware 5-piece set. After I eagerly opened the box and placed it in the recycle, I noticed in small print that this set has PFTE which is supposed to be similar to Teflon. Too high and sustained heat is purportedly to release PFA's from the surface.

Sturdy and heavy.

Sturdily made and heavy to pick up. I find that they are cumbersome for this reason. By the time you have material in them, you need an extra hand to help get them in the oven.

Perfect set for baking. I love the feel of the products. They are so sturdy. I really think the quality of the non-stick bakeware cooks recipes better.

Best Bakeware I have ever used!

This is, by far, the best bakeware I have ever used! I have now removed and replaced my orher, name brands, bakeware. I also bought more and a set for my Aunt who is a cake baker!

Customer Support Not Good

I am a busy professional and serious home cook - love to cook for family, Church affairs, neighbors, etc. I purchase essentially all of my equipment online; FedEx & UPS stores are not conveniently located by me however. I purchased this as my introduction to All-Clad. The cake pan arrived with scratches. Less than a year later, the loaf pan and baking sheet have strips of the surface-coating removed despite proper care. I've been required for each one to call, email, take pics of defects, and return only via UPS. Yet, I still don't know if loaf pan & baking will be replaced. Cuisinart, on the hand, per its warranty immediately replaces defective products without a return. Now, I try to get only Cuisinart to save time, money, and still get great value.

Can't go wrong with All-Clad - the quality is impeccable! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I don't think there needs to be 2 round pans. Other than that - I love it!

This bakeware set is very heavy duty! The quality is absolutely amazing! I love the pieces that came with this set! All of the pieces are non-stick! My food turned out great! My favorite piece is the cookie sheet because I love that it has handles on three sides.

I feel like this is the best bakeware you can get. It is very well made and you can tell it is high quality from the feel. No matter what I have made so far the food literally just falls out when I tip it over, no sticking whatsoever. I love the handle on the side of the baking sheet, it makes grabbing it out of the oven easy! Also even though you need to only wash by hand it is so quick and simple because nothing sticks, just a quick wipe and rinse and it is back to new.

This 5 piece set bakeware is a great product. Good deal, and all parts are sturdy, and essential for baking. I like the nonstick finish. The rack is the perfect size and great feature. The food bakes evenly. I'm very satisfied with this set.

I cook and bake a lot and over time have come to the realization just how significant quality kitchenware is in cooking – the proper tools will produce that much better food, especially when baking. My biggest headache has been that even seemingly high-quality bakeware begins to warp or lose its finish over time and use. Enter the All-Clad bakeware set! Each piece in this set is very heavy and sturdy while still being very easy to remove baked items and clean. I have baked at high temperatures with ZERO warping or buckling – the baking sheet remains perfectly flat both on my counter and during high heat inside the oven. Food releases easily and every time due to the high-quality coating, which I can tell will not scratch away as I have experienced with lesser brands. I’m still getting used to not needing parchment paper anymore – the non-stick is really that good. Functional wins aside, the design is perhaps my favorite part with oversized handles for easy gripping with hotpads or gloves on. The sheet has a third handle that is wonderful to pull it from the oven without needing to avoid burns from the sides. This minor feature has been absent on every other baking sheet I have used and is such a game changer. My advice is to spend a bit more to secure the highest quality – it will make your baking experience easier and the food will be better every time. No question, All-Clad has elevated my baking.

[Rewarded Review] Very good product

We got this 5 piece baking set and we really like it. The quality is very good made very well the baking sheet is larger than your typical one and I like the cake pans because they have handles on them to help when coming out of the oven and absolutely like the cooling rack. Will definitely recommend to everyone

Using regularly w no warping of sheet pan and nice weight and cleanup of all pieces. Only wish acidic foods could be used w this finish.
