Even prettier in person!!! High quality & so happy

Even prettier in person!! Months later, we are still so pleased with this purchase. It is used for our front door and it still looks brand new, despite everyone wiping their shoes on it when they enter (much to my secret dismay). This is truly one of the best purchases I have made from overstock. I want to get this same rug in runner size for my hallways and cement floored food storage room. You will need a rug pad or some kind of rug grippers because it will slide around if you don't. But that is a given with a lot of rugs. I love the beautiful colors in the rug but it doesn't overwhelm or take on its own personality and be the loudest one in the room!! Buy this rug, you won't regret it. This picture is dark because its late and my house is dark but its beautiful. I get so many compliments on it!!

I love this Bohemian Multicolor Medallion rug! It is distressed so the colors are more subdued. It's a nice change from contemporary and oriental patterned styles. The thickness is good for the living room. It's not plush so be sure to put a pad under it. However, the label under the rug states that a strong suction, beater bar type of vacuum should not be used since it can damage the rug. (??) I have a shark. I will refrain from using the beater bar for the sake of my beautiful new rug but I'm not thrilled with the care instructions. It's a rug, for goodness sake, and meant to suffer a certain amount of abuse. We do take our shoes off (when it's convenient). I'm known to shampoo my rugs on a regular basis so I'm not sure how well this rug will hold up. I once bought an inexpensive "this-will-do-for-now" rug at a discount store. Pretty but after only 6 months we noticed that just the act of walking over it had worn off the print. As we were removing the rug and moved the furniture off we were surprised to see such a difference where we had walked. I'm hoping this isn't that kind of rug. Still, I'd buy this rug again. It just might end up in a guest room.
