Low quality rug

I bought the 12' runner for my entryway, and I am pretty disappointed in the quality. It is thin and feels cheap under my feet, even with a pad underneath it. It still has ripples from being rolled up, even after it has been rolled out for 2 days, hope they smooth out soon or it may be returned to RugsUSA.

Soft and comfy

We bought this rug after purchasing new living room furniture and I love it. It’s so soft and the pad is nice and thick. So comfortable to walk on. The colors and pattern are just as they appeared on the website. Very happy with our purchase.

Perfect Rug!

I can clearly see why this is a best seller. The rug is a perfect fit in my medium/high traffic living room. I have cream/white furniture and the blue version of the rug is perfect. It took a few days to lay flat and I'm glad I got the rug pad for a little added extra comfort, as the rug isn't super lush/soft. I used a website coupon and got this 8x10 rug at an affordable price.

Cozy and warm

We ordered three rugs in this Honeycomb Labrinth pattern in grey and blue. We put the round rug in the living room area. It immediately made it warm and cozy. It laid down well right away. Our dining area rug brought this open area of our home together. A runner was added between our island and the cooking area. We are so pleased with our new look. Delivery was fast. We could not be happier with quality, price and service.

Quality change!!

We purchased this exact rug 4 years ago… it was absolutely beautiful.. it was soft, thick, durable, and felt very luxurious. We had to throw out the rug recently but loved it so much we decided to repurchase. The rug we received is not the same. It is very thin, no cushion to it, feels cheap and flimsy and just overall low quality. Very sad that it’s not the same or even remotely close.

Probably Returning

I have been searching for years for the perfect rug for my family room. This rug looked great and I was able to view it in my room so I knew it would look really good. I’m extremely disappointed. It feels terrible, like hard, stiff and cheap, and the edges of the rug make it look really cheap. I was still considering keeping it because I don’t want to pay the $50 it will cost to ship it back, but after several days it still isn’t laying flat. There are ripples through it. I have an expensive rug pad under it, it’s under two couches and I have heavy things sitting on the other sides, and it’s still not flat. I feel like it cheapens up the look of my family room, which is definitely not the look I was going for and not what I hoped for after years of searching. There is no way the actual value of my rug is over $400 ( i got it on sale).

Good quality, bad coloring

I so wanted this rug! It was the perfect colors, and the circles matched another style dynamic in my living room. Unfortunately, the rug I got was so far from the pictures! It was all dark with no contrast. It seemed washed out and so bland. I would have loved the different shades of gray and pops of yellow. When I called in, the rep reminded me that there was no guarantee of color or design because of the printing. I still had to pay the return shipping. Totally disappointed.

Loved the older version! New version is terrible.

I ordered this exact rug 3 years ago which I loved! I reordered it when my older rug got dingey, and it looks totally different. The pattern is busier, darker, and harsher than it used to be. It’s not the dainty look you see in the photos. I messaged customer service and was told rugsusa uses different materials every year. I now have to pay $45 to return the rug that wasn’t accurately represented in the photos currently on the site.

Happy with purchase

Rug arrived with a small rust colored imperfection. Im not sure if it was returned by someone else with this or if it was a manufacturing defect. I reported the issue and was offered free return and replacement or a sugnificanr discount and was satisfied with the agreement we came to. Still trying to get my rug to lie flat, but I know that can just take time. Happy with my purchase for the price.

As expected - nice colors

Delivery was prompt. The rug came rolled which was good, as I read that it might come folded. We let the rug “settle” for a couple days before we put furniture on it. Though we did do as recommended and put heavy books/items on creases and corners to help with the flattening. The color and pattern are true to the photos. The rug is not as soft as I had hoped for a bedroom but the quality is good..

Nice style, poor quality

We initially purchased this rug in 2016 and it held up beautifully for 5 years. When we moved to a new home, we decided to re-purchase the same rug because the style goes perfectly with our decor. We bought this rug in 4x6 and 8x10 in July 2022 and are very disappointed. The quality is considerably lower than it was in 2016 and wrinkles up if it gets wet from a small spill (even when cleaned up quickly). The rug never fully settled after it was unfolded from shipping and looks terrible, especially in the larger size due to the various wrinkles. We tried using rug tape to hold the corners flat, but when the rug moved, much of the bottom of the rug was still stuck to the tape. All in all, the style is pretty but the quality and wear are extremely poor.

Not the same quality

I bought two of this exact rug 5 years ago and loved it. I recently bought one for my new bedroom and noticed it was much thinner than the others. I attached a comparison. The left rug is thin and the weave is poor quality. The one on the right is my old rug (same exact rug from Rugs USA) and it’s much fuller and thicker. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the new rug I got and will be returning. I will not be buying any more from this site. It’s a shame.

Not the same quality that it used to be

I purchased this rug as a runner originally in 2017. The runner was nice and thick, comfortable to walk on or for my dog to nap on, and laid flatly on my wood floors. Because of the great quality of the runner, I purchased the 8x10 in 2022 to put in my home office. I completely dislike the 8x10. It is nowhere near the same quality as the runner. The large rug is incredibly thin and it feels like I am walking on a wrinkly t-shirt over wood floors instead of the comfortably plush runner. The 8x10 rug does not lay flat on the floor and easily bunches despite being laid out for over a month. My dog will not stay in the office and nap on the rug as she did on the runner. Based on the runner, I would recommend the purchase without hesitation. However, based on the large rug, I would not recommend that anyone purchase it. If other rugs are the same poor quality as the large rug, I will not be purchasing from Rugs USA in the future.

Decent rug for the price but...

Timely arrival from order date. Not an expensive rug which relates to it not being a very thick rug either so definitely needs padding underneath if using on solid surface floor. Purchased a large area rug (15x18) which arrived folded (not rolled). Have had it about a month and still working on getting the creases out of the rug and for the edges to lie flat. Also purchased a runner rug (3x12) which arrived rolled but still having issues with getting the corners to lie down as well. Hoping that adding padding underneath will help.

Very thin! Disappointed in quality for the price.

I bought the exact same rug a few years ago, but due to stains from our elderly dog, we decided to replace it. I intentionally bought the same rug because I already knew I liked how it looked in our space. The rug that arrived is nothing like the one I ordered a few years ago except for the pattern. The quality is much worse than the quality of the last one I ordered even though the style numbers match exactly. It’s extremely thin/not plush at all. I’m extremely disappointed.

Nice rug

Nice rug! It was delivered fast. It is very thin - I don’t mind - and it does move if you don’t have an underpad. With my couch legs on top it doesn’t move. It is a cream colour, the accents are primarily black with a little grey. It took a very long time to flatten out, even laying books on top for 2 days. You just have to be patient and let gravity do it’s job. I’ve had this rug for about 3 weeks and it’s still not 100% flat. I got a 5x7 and the print is not very clear, it looks a little pixelated but not a big deal to me. Overall a nice rug and it’s easy to vacuum up the dog hair! Goes nicely with my grey couch!

LOVE!

I have ordered multiple rugs from USA Rugs before and have always been really happy with my rugs! I had ordered a different rug that I ended up not liking in the space but my husband did. I convinced him to let me return it and get a new rug (Rugs USA customer service is also awesome. Never returned an online order before and they made it really easy.) For the new rug I decided on the yellow honeycomb rug and it is an amazing rug!
