This set exceeded my expectations! Chairs are super roomy. The set is super cute, high quality for a great price. Super fast shipping and extremely easy assembly. Literally 4 screws an 5-10 minutes total time. Would definitely buy agin and highly recommend!

delivery was great. i was disappointed because picture states "natural" color. its not natural. its beige which doesn't match my porch.

PERFECT!

I loved how it was beautifully packaged. It was so easy to assemble and the material is very sturdy and durable. I love the contemporary design and the table was a nice enhancement. My neighbors are always complimenting this set. I plan to add a runner and a decorative piece to sit a rop of the table. This was truly a great buy!

Sexy chic set

Love the look! The cushions are nice, thick and comfortable. The only drawback is that the cushion for your back is shorter than the highback chair. Other than that this is beautiful full size furniture.

Looks Great!

I had a wooden front porch rebuilt last summer and was looking for a new patio set. I looked all last year and just couldn't find one that worked. I had ordered a set from a different website, but poor packaging left the legs of the chairs bent on arrival (with 2 separate sets). I was then leaning toward a rocking chair when I saw these. I've bought many other patio furniture products from BCP and have always been happy with the quality and customer service, so I bought these. They are super easy to put together alone and fit well in a small space. Though they fit great on a small porch, they don't feel small! They are large and accomodating. The only issue I have at all with them is that the back cushions are actually too thick for my liking. While I'd prefer to sit with a slight recline, these are so thick they push me into sitting straight up, and I feel like I'm using only the front half of the bottom seat, sitting more forward than I'd like. Luckily, the backs of the chairs, without cushions, are still very comfortable, allow me to lean back a bit and use the full length of the seat. On the other hand, the back cushions allow my kids to fit in the chairs better, so it's not necessarily a drawback. I just remove the back cushion from whichever chair I'm using. Overall, I'm very pleased with this set and happy I took a year looking at all my different options and ending up going with this one instead of others.

Very happy with my balcony chairs

Comfortable chairs that look great! The high back and deep seats are exactly what I wanted, and the rope-like material seems sturdy so far. They'll be perfect with the plants I'm buying for the balcony. Only downside is I didn't realize the (white) cushions don't have removable covers, which isn't ideal for outdoor furniture, but hoping it won't be a problem with our mostly-dry weather here in California. Very easy to assemble. Honestly I think they might have been a little overpriced but I'm still very happy about the purchase.

Do not buy

I have received two of sets (one was replacement) and I am beyond stunned by the lack of quality in these pieces. I was issued a replacement on the basis of the material of the chairs being extremely worn and uncomfortable to the touch, especially on the arm rest. It’s almost as if it was dragged across a concrete floor. I had to go through hoops to get a replacement, and it arrives with the box torn up and the extent of wear is far worse than the original set. What’s even worse is that some parts are not worn (which is clearly visible) meaning they are capable of creating a quality chair but just don’t care about the quality of the product they deliver you. The only points this product gets is for appearance. It’s a beautiful set, but I recommend you spend your $400 elsewhere to receive something that is made well and not physically painful to put your arm on.
