Bumps Won't Come Out!
The design and feel of this rug is great, I truly love it. However, I have had it for a month, followed all of the instructions to flatten this rug out (rolling the opposite way, laying the opposite way to flatten marks) and it still has creases in it. I have additionally tried steaming, and using an iron with a towel under it (to not damage the rug), but the rolls seem to be stuck in it. I would not purchase this rug again.
