Disappointed in the pact that after a year they still didn’t have the parts I needed, I actually had to fabricate them. I was told on the phone to buy them somewhere else!

Watch Out!!!

Tore the 1st time I extended it. Sad it was pretty. And they won't just send me a new cover I have to take the whole thing down and apart to send it all back for the refund and now there are holes in my house and I don't even get my awning. Funny they can deny your review because they don't like it.

For the price it’s an excellent awning. Take your time with assembly! All will be well. This awning does not have a tilt feature like the one we had on our other house but I think it was less expensive, too. I really like it though. It’s easy to manually roll in and out. Perfect for our needs!

Excellent quality awning. Very thick canvas and rolls out smoothly. Very large. Just what I needed to keep sun off patio.

This awning frame was very sturdy. A bit difficult to put together but ok. The top had side pieces that went up too far to fit under our eaves but since the fabric never arrived, we had to send it back. The return process was easy and very quick to refund.

First and foremost the price is incredible compared to Sunsetter we looked into. This was around 240.00 whereas sunsetter for same thing was 800.00 to 1k . somewhat easy to put together. will buy another .

It's fine if you have a 3 story house. There is a 3 foot drop from the base to the end and unless you're 3 feet tall it will not work. It took my very handy husband and father all day to come to this conclusion and now they're tearing it down so I can drag it in to Walmart to return it.

instructions were a little vague at times and needed better pictures. used tube a few times and that helped. also used a fish tape to install rubber "strings" and that help greatly!

Very Nice Awning

We installed this awning a couple weeks ago, and we really like it. We did have to reinstall it higher, though, because it pitched much lower when opened than expected. Still overall it's nice awning for the price.

I am very pleased with the price on this canopy our neighbors have one similar and they paid double the price that we got this one fro Overstock it’s necessary to have this for our back porch
