Horrible quality. I have used this chair for only 6 months and all the seams are ripping.

The chair looks nice when you first got it, but less than a month later the cushion started to deflate and change color

Looks great but wobbles. Tried reassembly a few times and still doesn’t do the trick.

Uncomfortable after sitting for a while and the Boucle gets dirty fast and hard to clean.

This chair has ruined my wooden floor after only two days of use. I had my previous chair for four years and it did not leave a mark. I am very upset. Unfortunately, I cannot return the chair so it is going to Goodwill and my money is wasted.

Very nicely designed, but unstable. Does not roll on carpet and tips if you don't balance carefully.

We returned this chair before we received it because my client is 6’5 and the reviews said it wasn’t good for tall people. Also he was concerned about the cushion being too thin. So my review is not based on me actually receiving the item and judging it in person.

Pretty to look at but so uncomfortable if you are sitting in it all day. There is no cushion and it leans forward. Every time I shift my weight, it makes the loudest noises because the seat itself leans. I would not recommend purchasing this if you plan on sitting in it all day. Very disappointed, not worth the money.

Ugh I loveeeee this chair! I’m so pleased. It’s comfortable, small (I have a small frame so this works for me but I can’t imagine how a larger person would fit into this chair) and was sooo easy to put together. My office is now off my living room and visible so I wanted an aesthetic chair. Gorgeous!

Looks pretty but is unstable when trying to roll forward - dangerous if used on hard surfaces. Had to return unfortunately.

I love this chair. I am using it for a vanity chair/stool and it is perfect for this. The black boucle and black legs look great.

This chair is great quality and comfortable. I bought another one from wayfair that was $100 and is not even close to matching the quality of this chair. I bought it for a pre-teen daughter and it is perfect for her size. A good cream color as well.
