Doesn't stick and SMELLS

I really liked the cushioning of this mat and it was the perfect size for our tub, but it doesn’t really stick very well. I followed all the instructions (clean bath tub floor, wet tub and suction cups) and it still wouldn’t stay. As soon as you stand on it or put baby on it, it starts coming up. Not to mention, the smell is HORRENDOUS. I have tried washing it several times but the chemical smell persists and makes the entire bathroom smell awful.

Hey I keep seeing bad reviews on here so I wanted to clarify, this is actually a really great bath mat! It does suction to the tub, you just have to clean your bathtub first. It would stick to residue. Also, it does not roll up, my son loves it. Remember this is for kids. Overall, it was a great purchase!

Horrible chemical smell!

I bought this bath mat for my baby. Immediately when I took it out the packaging I noticed the awful chemical smell coming from the mat. I tried soaking, scrubbing and using the water machine to no avail. I will be tossing this mat because I'm worried about what chemicals may seep into my babies skin! Looks like a nice mat, what a waste! Very disappointed in this brand. Please do not buy!!

Difficult to clean and molds easy

Molds extremely easily. Had it for 1 year and had to throw it out cause the mold was unwashable. It also still slips around in the tub not safe.

Munchkin Soft Spot cushioned bathtub mat

I like the mat because it's cushioned. I don't like that it is not stable. It does not stick to the tub at all. It bunches up making me not feel secure standing.

Doesn't stick right

It doesn't stick as well as I'd hoped it would. It works as it should, though, and my baby doesn't try and pull it off.

The mat was pretty large which made it hard to stick to the bottom of my tub. I wish it had more suction on the bottom.

Would not ever buy again

No grip at all, would rather use nothing! Will be returning asap

It’s the best and is big but not bulky! My baby doesn’t slip and it looks chic as well.

Stinky stinky stinky

This thing REEKS. We could not figure out why our bathroom smelled horrible for like 2 weeks. Scrubbed every surface multiple times and couldn’t figure out what it was other than the smell was in/around the tub… finally thought to take a whiff of the mat and that’s the culprit.

Thin but the biggest one you can get for a cheap decent price. Just for in front of my kids tub so I don’t need anything special, just big enough for al the splashing

Terrible chemical smell

I’ve bought this a few times never had an issue but now the last two times I bought it, it has a very strong horrible odor. Smells like chemicals stink up my entire bathroom and if I leave the door open the smells are even extends to the hallway. This cannot be safe for my two year old skin I really concern about what chemical is seeping out of it

I love how soft this Mat is! I definitely recommend this for my new mommy’s. Great for babies but feels great on my hard working feet as well! The only reason i gave this 4 stars is because of the color selection being limited!

Smell is Overwelming

I love the cushion that it provides however, the smell of it is overwhelmingly awful. I’m going to be returning.

Great size and comfort but didn’t stick to bathtub. Stayed unmoldy for 3 months with monthly scrubbing.
