For the price and quality, we are happy.
We didn't buy top-of-the-line here so for what we purchased, we are happy, actually very satisfied. Price and quality all match up. While I'll focus on the cons in this review, just know that we knew what we were getting and I think for the price and ability to recline it was the perfect set.

Would not purchase again
The couch is very shallow as far as the depth and the reclining part is not long enough and cuts into your ankles. I am an average height person. I do like the USB ports, but feel this is kind of cheaply made.
Quality furniture at discount prices.
The whole process was very quick and pleasant. Delivery fairly quick considering it's furniture. Install and setup is great. The only reason for the 4 stars is the couch has a tear on side.

Not just the couch is 5 stars
I do really like the feel and look of the sofa but the Furniture Fair store in Greenwood, IN is the real 5 star. I had ordered a couch and was not happy and that was brought to the attention of manager Steve. He went out of his way to reach out and he worked with me to find something that turned any negative in the situation to a positive. FYI, the delivery guys are great as well! I will always start my furniture shopping at this store when I am ready to purchase more. Thanks Steve
