Bad Experience

This sofa and loveseat set delivered is not what is in picture. The middle section of loveseat missing. Contact manufacturer they do not have it and do not know when or if they will get it. I need a refund. The set is extremely heavy, we are an elderly couple and had to hire someone to put into our home. It was left outside. It is very uncomfortable and hard not what we want at all. Would love to return but need someone to get it out of our home. The boxes were thrown away.

This loveseat is super soft and comfy! It is easy to operate, both opening and closing. The color is beautiful too.

I was impressed with the overall quality. Well built and easy to assemble! Looks great and sits very comfortable.

A little stiff, but still comfy!

Comfortable, but needs a little breaking in. I ordered online so didn't have a chance to test it out. It's a little stiffer than I was expecting. Soft fabric, as expected, and perfect operation.

I would buy this product again.

This is a well built piece of furniture. It is a little difficult to push the recliner back into the closed position, but we pray that is because it is built so well with quality mechanisms. I did think that the insurance we purchased for the furniture was a little expensive, but it is nice to know we are covered if something goes wrong. Of course, we recently came across a similar product now on sale at another retailer for half the price, but we have not evaluated if that product is of comparable quality. I marked this down one star because it took far longer to get this furniture in that expected (the pandemic is surely to blame, but retailers must take it into account and perhaps compensate customers for the inconvenience as a good-will gesture).
