Difficult process

Pros: looks nice, price Cons: drawers do not extend all the way out. It does not come with hardware to anchor to wall. My order did not come with the bottoms to the drawers so I had to reach out to customer service to have those sent to me. After six weeks of following up through email and customer support chat on a regular basis, they finally arrived. The drawer bottoms are white and do not match the wood.

Obsessed! This piece of furniture went beyond my expectations. It is real wood and was relatively easy to assemble. It looks beautiful in our nursery. A high quality piece of furniture that will serve our family for years to come.

So far so good. The crib arrived in good condition. Assembly was straight forward. Now we wait for baby.

Honestly disappointed with the quality of this product for 800!! There are so many blemishes and imperfections in the wood and paint… I’m shocked this past quality Control to be sent out. Theres a big dent on the very top Of the dresser which sucks - unfortunately I don’t have time to disassemble and send back as I’m expecting my baby any day now

These Drawers Are Trash

Overall, it's not worthless. It's solid and easy to assemble but the drawers are not aligned at all. Must have been made on a Friday, zero QC. On top of the misalignment, they slam, with no softness. If Carters wants to supply me with six sets of half decent rails, I'll keep it, otherwise this flop is going back.

the quality is excellent nothing was wrong with it so it is packed & shipped very well

Solid Dresser!

Great purchase, however does require a lot to assemble, took myself 2 hours to unpack, assemble, and clean up. Very solid and came in great condition. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind the assembly.
