I would buy again
Good couch and I love that two seats recline. We were able to eliminate two recliners with this couch and the matching love seat. Leg holding area is a bit short
Like the couch, miss the firmness.
Bought this couch in March and the side I sit on the most has already lost any semblance of firmness which is disappointing. Like it otherwise.
Great Recliner
Best money we ever spent on furniture. Comfortable and we are enjoying watching TV, napping, etc. Love the fabric too. So far it is holding up well.

We did a lot of research and decided to get this couch. The sales associate was so friendly and we were in and out in 20 minutes! Putting the couch together was a breeze and we LOVE it!
Great addition to my living room
This is the perfect size for an average sized living room. The material is good and comfortable and with the added acessories, it is easy to have a drink, read, and charge your smaller electronic devices. Added my own LED lighting at the bottom to give it an extra modern look.

I was very happy with both the sales experience and the delivery drivers. All were very professional. I made a mistake with a size of one of the items I purchased and customer service was very professional and caring. They took care of me with no concerns
Color change
We saw the floor model. It was a light gray. We liked that color. We were not told it would be dark brown. They did offer to let us have the floor model and a 10% discount. We settled for the darker one because we didn't want a slightly used floor model. They should have told us before we purchased it that it was a different color.

The sofas are very comfortable. My theater room is complete with these lovely sofas. I love the features. There are usb ports in the middle and I light. I would recommend.

After walking throughout the store, trying to find my perfect couch and rug without any pressure from store representatives, I finally found my preference and a pleasant, courteous and helpful associate who made my checkout extremely easy and fast. I was immensely satisfied with the service at American Furniture Warehouse. Upon prompt delivery a few days later, the delivery crew went above and beyond with care and service.
