Love this set but cushions not wearing well

I love this set and the delivery/setup was great BUT it’s been about 9 months and the Loveseat cushion leather is showing wear as there is a seam right across the middle of the cushion. The leather on the seam is peeling. I emailed company to ask about warranty but no response. Very disappointed as it’s a beautiful set!

Not a great couch. Seating needs to be bigger.

Very nice quality, very heavy. Not Ivory at all

The furniture is of excellent quality. Very nice. Only problem is it is not Ivory at all. It is a warm beige. I really needed it to be Ivory and it clashes with my room but it was so heavy and difficult to maneuver into the house from the front porch don't know what else we could do other than keep it. The delivery was a week early which is good but the driver just left it at the front porch.

How is the loveseat I have not yet received?

Ordered on 12/8/20, credit card charged, "white glove" delivery service apparently has finally received the loveseat on 12/24. The delivery service called 12/28 and finally scheduled delivery on 1/8, one month after I ordered and paid. Hopefully it will come on time and then I can review the actual product.
