avoid this rug, impossible to maintain.

Avoid this rug. I'm an interior designer and looked forever for a rug like this. I've bought this rug now three times now, spending between $****-$**** on each. Each has been ruined by the crazy discoloration that happens when doing basic spot cleaning. The rug changes colors completely when moisture comes in contact with it. Quick note to Customer Service, I was just told I only bought two rugs. This is not accurate, I've bought this three times, please check and notify the manufacturer. I just got off the phone with an agent and started to believe her that I only bought it twice...I've just confirmed with my email and order confirmations. My first order included 2. The rug is nice but any liquid that comes in contact with it turns it a terrible brown color. I've never seen anything like it,This product is defective and should not be purchased, Shane because it does look great. Save yourself the headache and buy a rug that will not need to be replaced every year. At 12x15 it's not fun, easy or cheap. I'm now in for over $** on this rug. Overstock should not allow this to be sold on the site. The pictures attached both came from small spot cleaning with just water. I also had professional cleaners come and they said they've never seen anything like it either. I'd love to get a credit and return this and finally get a quality product. I am outside of a 30 day return policy. If nothing can be done the best I can hope for is to save anyone from making the same mistake I did three times. I love shopping on this site just hope better for the consumer.

Not family or pet friendly

Rug is gorgeous and thick BUT even the most basic stains can not be lifted, when I cleaned with Guardsman product the stain actually got bigger and discolored the rug. Overstock customer service has been fantastic helping me resolve this issue.

This rug is beautiful. It looks exactly like it is displayed in the photo. It is a perfect fit in our living room and very high quality. Definitely worth the price!

Rug is trash once you have get a human or pet waste on it and have to clean it. If you want only for decor, have no kids or pets, in an area no one uses; it will be ok

Rug is good rug

Wow. Super soft. The rug has a directionality. It's light colored when viewed on one end, and a darker grey when viewed on the other end. Cool effect. As with all wool rugs, it sheds a bit. I can't really figure out a decent way to vacuum this.

I'm always so dubious about buying soft furnishings online as it's difficult to tell whether the colour is going to be right and how it's going to feel. I'm so happy that I took a risk on this one, it looks great! It's a viscose blend but it's not super velvety feeling so it's great for a moderate traffic area. This one is the grey fog colour and it's a medium to dark grey in real life. I bought it in the size that's just shy of 8x10 and I'm really happy with how it looks in my bedroom. Definitely recommend!

Great rug and good Price

This rug looks great under our contemporary, live edge dinning table and the black chair we are using with it. The thickness of the pile is perfect. Also, our rug laid almost perfectly flat in 24 hours.

Gorgeous rug

Love love love this rug! Looks expensive and is the perfect grey. It’s pretty thick so I didn’t need a rug pad. The price can’t be beat for this quality rug.

Great Quality Rug that Compliments not over powers

Purchased for our vacation rental condo. The Fog Grey is a medium to dark medium grey and works well with a multitude of colors. Greys, blue greys, blacks, creams, whites. It almost like blending of greys. This is not a "statement" rug, but a great quality rug to compliment your statement pieces, and it does that perfectly. It doesn't show spots easily (remember vacation rental) and is thick quality. I've had no problem with shedding and it lays smooth. A rug pad would be a personal choice, this is under a dining room table and not needed. Delivery was extremely quick and Overstock had the best price. I'm very satisfied and would recommend!

Very nice rug, unfortunately the color wasn't right for me. It has a lot of shine from the silk-like viscoe making it look lighter but the quality is wonderful and I hope to get it in a darker color when it is back in stock.

Silky rug

Great texture and dark silver color. The viscose makes it feel like silk. It has a nice thickness and is a substantial rug for a great price.

Thew it away after 6 months. Total waste of money

quickly discolored. Ended up throwing it out. So disappointed. If you do but, make sure you never try to clean it, let water touch it, and are ok with only vacuuming .SMALL AMOUT OF WATER, LESS THAN 6 OZ, WASTED WHOLE RUG.
