I don’t love the texture of the grey part of the trash bin. It’s not easy to clean, strange texture for outdoor use.
messy to build because the plastic sloughs off on the outside of the siding. bags scrape against the screws in the top, and catches on the lip of the top as well. but my impassioned dog cant tackle it down and get the garbage morsels, so i am happy.
The can is nice but had a lot of sand in it the box, not sure how that happened.

Item delivered broken
I purchased this item on May 8th. It was delivered to m with a crack in the frame. Home Depot would not assist me buy sending me a new one and taking back the old one. I had to repackage everything, do a return, and repurchase or call Keter for a part. I called contacted Peter directly and they said that they did not have parts for this item. Do not buy as Home Depot do not stand behind the product they sell and Keter are incredibly unhelpful.
This trash can is an absolute CHORE to assemble! I am about to send it back. I likely will be sending it back if I can't get a small army to cram the lid onto the sides of the can!

I was surprised by the small package that arrived, but once I put the Keter Rockford 39 Gallon Durable Resin Outdoor Trash container together, I was most impressed with is construction. I will be using it for recycling cans and bottles. I love how water can not get in it, it securely holds a 39 gallon trash bag and even has a removable bottom pullout tray to easily clean it. I strongly recommend purchasing this.
I never thought I'd say this, but I love this trash can. It looks really nice and was fairly easy to put together. Plus, it's able to be painted!
