Very Pleased

I bought this chair and used it heavily for 8 to 12 hours a day for work. It lasted 4 years. This chair was comfortable for me, but it may not be for you, so go into the store and sit in it. I am going to get a higher end chair as I would like a little more neck support as I am getting older. For the money, it is great. I recommend shopping around or wait for a sale as there is better pricing than this MSRP.

Great chair

The installation process is straightforward and user-friendly, even in the event of an incorrect initial setup. Disassembly is swift and uncomplicated. The chair provides exceptional comfort, allowing for prolonged sitting periods without discomfort.

Best home office chair!

I work from home and have tried a least 3 different chairs to support my 8 hour work day. This one is the winner! So comfortable and supportive. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Best on the market.

Exceptional value, ergonomic design. Getting another one.

I would give this chair 5 stars, but it is a bit large for my home office. Over the years I have purchased many office chairs, always trying to find the best one, irrespective of price. This chair is of excellent quality at a price much lower than anticipated. I would have expected to pay >$500.00 for a leather, ergonomically designed chair like this. I recommend it and will purchase another one and not put the arms on to see if it fits better in small office space.

low height chair

I purchased this chair for myself at work after realizing my chair was causing lower back pain. This chair does have great back support however if you have long legs or if you are 5'9" or taller do not consider purchasing this chair. The actual height while sitting is much too short.

Comfy till it broke!

This chair started out great. I do spend a fair amount of time on the chair at my desk for gaming and the like. Well I bought this chair back in November and am now sitting and waiting, in April, to see if some gorilla glue will fix the armrest of the chair or I might have to toss it. It split right where the front part of the arm comes down. Normally I sit near the front of the chair, and don't really sit against the back. When I do I favor the side that split. I am about 200 lbs, so not light but not overly heavy either. The other disappointing part is the seat. It has visible peeling around many of the seams so that the fake leather parts are coming off. Due to sweat or water or something, I dunno. It started out amazing and has just started to decay from the moment it came out of the box. I know it has a limited warranty, but I don't even think this is covered. Frustrating after spending $180 (got it on sale+red card) on a chair. I have had $50 chairs that have lasted longer!

Happy with my purchase

I'm writing this review after only having the chair a few days, so I can't speak to how it holds up over time, but it took me about 45 minutes to assemble it, with a medium amount of effort. The chair itself is very comfortable, with lumbar support that is the selling point. Good quality for the price. Adjustable height, and there is an option to tilt adjust the back, although it's not working for me. That's the only real con, and I may figure out how to get that working soon.
