Not the first one of these that I have purchased (we now have 8 purchased over many years). Pros: roomy, fairly sturdy, convenient size, easy to move (even when full) and maintain. Cons: this version us about 1/4" taller leaving a gap at the top where the hinges are, introducing a major weakness, esp. if they need to me moved (empty or full); too many burrs from manufacturing, which makes it no longer good for anything with fabric.

Garbage. I put it together and its cracked. the peices are cut sloppily. garbage. poor quality. walmarts return policy is awful as well. dont waste your time . I am also expected to box it up and return it...yea, no. u come get it

Warped beyond use

I received this unit and assembled it per directions. This unit was a replacement I've had for 10 years that got broken. After assembly, doors had 1/2" gap at top causing them to over close. Took my rubber mallet and tapped on all joints ensuring they were all properly seated. Noticed that the main top and bottom panels (the ones that everything fits into) had a curved shape to them; they were warped. This is the reason why there's a gap between the upper main piece and the doors.

The Sterlite 4 shelf cabinet went together fairly well. The cabinet is the perfect size for what I was needing. The only issue I have with it is the doors don't always hinge correctly. You really have to pay attention when closing the cabinet doors to make sure they close in the middle. Other than that its a great cabinet.

The cabinet arrived quickly. Assembly was really easy. Took me about 30 minutes. I highly recommend having a rubber mallet handy for snapping the pieces together. The cabinet is very functional and I have been able to arrange what was basically a mishmash of stuff on my porch, in a way that makes everything look better and easier to find as well. Bonus points for the sale price, I probably would not have been able to afford it otherwise.

Major buyer's remorse. I purchased this cabinet based on the very high review scores. Unfortunately, those reviews were either false or the reviewer's standards were quite low.

Was fairly easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. Like that it is pretty moisture resistant for my garage. Holds a lot of stuff. Going to get another one. The old fiber board one I had for many years bit the dust and did not hold nearly as much as this one does. I was able to get all of my rarely used kitchen appliances in this one, as well as, some extra pantry items. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate taller items.

Fantastic cabinet! In fact, I’m ordering another after I write this review. Easy to put together (one person can do I!) and sturdy. I used only one shelf towards the top for bagged Christmas linens and am using rest to the bottom to store four 36” tall Nutcrackers, with room to spare! I wish I would have bought this sooner! Extremely happy with this purchase!

These are plastic shelves that pop together without tools in just a few minutes (though it's helpful to lightly hammer in each leg with a mallet). Boom, boom, boom, and you're done, Once assembled, they are pretty lightweight and easy to move around. Putting together three of these was a 15-minute job, if that. The units have four shelves that are relatively deep, deep enough for anything from coffee table books to mid-sized storage boxes, lamps, and more. They are NOT made to carry heavy loads, so keep that in mind when you're making the purchase -- the bottom shelf is fine for heavy stuff, but not the others -- but they're fine for other household goods. Board game collections, boxes of seasonal items, DVD/blu-ray collections, toys, sports equipment, pantry items, clothing and linens, and all sorts of other stuff. Considering these are deep gray plastic, they don't look all that bad, either. You're not going to want them in your living room, sure, but they don't have a drab "industrial" look, either.

This is sturdy and light weight. My friend put it together in less than an hour. It's already in use. A good product. And the shipping was very fast!

These are Great!

I needed something on my patio that the bugs and critters couldn't get in to and mess up. This unit checks off those boxes.

Great for accessories but not for heavy items

I have a handful of hobbies and needed to organize all my stuff into some kind of cabinet. It's not too big or too small. The shelves can be moved around to different heights, or removed all together. I wouldn't recommended filling it up with heavy items or tools. You'll need a heavy duty tool box for that. Sure, you can store some tools, but don't overload it (the plastic will flex). Don't get me wrong, the plastic feels sturdy but being that's plastic, it does have its limitations. Aside from that, I really do like this storage cabinet and plan on buying a second one. I have things in it like photography accessories, electronics repair/test tools, computer parts, spare cables/adapters, and gaming accessories.

I have 4 of these cabinets and really use them. I am 73 years old and put my most recent purchase together today-3/11/24, in approximately 30 minutes. Believe me, if I can do it by myself, anyone can do it. They are sturdy and all the shelves are adjustable. When your needs change, just move the shelves, no problem.

Should be less expensive for lightweight materials

This a very lightweight little cupboard. The directions and the markings on each piece made it easy to put together. I have an old metal one and it is super strong. I think most plastic or vinyl stuff is way overpriced, but it’ll do, since it’s all put together. Can’t wait to see how long it lasts.

It seems nice, there’s a few small things I would change about it. It was very easy to assemble, no tools required. I probably had it together in 10 minutes! I placed it outside to organize my outdoor cooking/grilling supplies, chair covers, & pool chemicals. I hope it’s waterproof. It looks like it may be on the most part.

Amazing

I don't have a garage. I bought this for my kitchen. I have so many small kitchen appliances that I had no place to put them but the floor. This 4 shelf cabinet is just amazing. It holds the pressure cooker, air fryer, indoor grill/griddle, blender and two slow cookers with ease. Now my kitchen floor is clutter free now to work on getting the countertops clutter free.

Sterilite Customer Service is the Best

Cabinet arrived on time and in good shape. Assembly is not difficult if you follow the very clear instructions. I suggest a rubber mallet if the pieces are difficult to connect in all the way. This is my second Sterilite Cabinet, and I had no problem assembling the first one. I had a small problem with the second cabinet when I inserted a piece in the wrong place and broke it when trying to remove it. I contacted Sterilite Customer Service and they replied promptly and sent a replacement to my home. Their Customer Service is the absolute best I have seen in a long time. Once assembled (correctly) the cabinet is great. It suits my needs 100%. I strongly recommend this Utility Storage Cabinet to everyone.

Sterilite always a reliable product. It’s sturdy, functional for my needs and neat and tidy style. I have 3 of these in my garage and wanted to add a fourth. Only problem is my current cabinets are the putty color. Couldn’t find putty anywhere—only the black. I even contacted Sterilite directly. They were VERY responsive and explained they no longer make the putty and their market and store vendor trend is the black at least for now. I was bummed, no more putty color. But very impressed with Sterilite customer service. I bought the black!

[Rewarded Review] Perfect Space Saving Cabinet

When initially unpacked, my husband stated it was like a giant erector set. Actually, he was very impressed with the design and engineering that went into the development. Super easy to put together and I love the adjustable shelves. Well made and very affordable. Would love to have several more. There is not an outer door latch, however, there is a small plate with holes so you can lock the cabinet closed. Wasn’t sure if I was going to like the grey color, but it blends beautifully against the red brick. Could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend.

We received the Sterilite 4-Shelf Storage Cabinet on June 9th. When we were putting it together we noticed that (1) C Panel was cracked %26 broken. I immediately called the company %26 let them know. The lady said that she would contact the warehouse %26 let them know.
