It’s hard to review something one never received but got billed for. How many times does one have to ask for a refund? Once really ought to be enough.

While this product is nice looking perhaps it is designed for use with specific sink types. It does not adhere to a Silgranite sink once a wet sponge is put in it. Manufacturer needs to specify to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
