I love this player. I owned this model with the cd player and cassette and after i dies i discovered this one without all the whistles and was so happy. Itvworks so good and doesnt take up much space at all!

Looks cool but performs poorly.

I was so excited about this purchase as a gift to my husband. I also purchased a few of his favorite albums on vinyl to play upon opening it. However, this record player is too low of quality to play new records. I had no idea it would play so terribly. Old records work ok but anything from the last 10 years will just skip. I will be returning.

I like it but I thought it was real wood not pressed wood and the lid doesn’t close smooth AND it’s on Amazon for $89!!!!!!!!

rubbing sound on the turntable and the music was distorted.

Warped Turntable

The turntable is warped and makes a scraping sound when spinning. I’m unable to reach customer service to get this resolved

Won't work out of the box

I received my player this morning and am so disappointed. After rotating the safety screw clockwise, the table turned for about two seconds. After about a half hour of attempting to get it to play a record, the table simply will not turn. I have followed all instructions, and watched several videos- I believe the player is simply defective.

No more power! Bluetooth problem!

I purchased this unit a week ago, i’ve been playing this for few this with record play. But only today May 7, when i turned it on.. i noticed no more power, no light and not working anymore.. i check on the outlet thr was not problem so i conclude it is the record player that has a problem.. typical made in China..doesnt last long.. what shall we do with this item? Initially i like it much but how come it suddenly stops working.. i want to replace it with a new one that will last long.. i bought this as a gift for my old parents.. But look what happened..

Product arrived and never was able to power on. I’ve submitted two requests to Victrola for solutions and have yet to hear back. This has been a terrible experience for me thus far.

Antique and great

Excellent system, with an old classic look but with great sound. Want to note that it has a simulated static sound that makes it sound even more classic (but does not take away from the sound of the system itself).

Have never received order. Was a Christmas gift ordered in time to be received by Christmas. No update on when it will be received as of today, 12/28/20.

Already broken

After less than 5 months of owning it and using it very little, it no longer works. Emailed the company; there was no apology but was told to either buy a new needle or weigh down the arm. It's not the needle and the arm shouldn't wear out after a few months with minimal use.
