I liked that this came all in one piece and did not have to be put together. It was just as I expected from the description. I have had it a year now and have noticed that the material pills slightly so my kids say it feels itchy instead of soft like when we first got it, but I would recommend this.

This is the cutest little chair. Now, I did recieve a damaged chair but as soon as I saw the damages I reached out to customer service and they are sending me another chair and even arranged for ups to pick this one up from my home. I am very excited for my chair to come in because this was the perfect size and perfect color and style for my living room. I looked high and low for an accent chair and was so happy when I found this one. Oh and it came in a few days after I ordered it and that was a plus!

Rarely will I buy something like this that has zero customer reviews. But I took a chance because these chairs looked so beautiful and exactly what I needed for my "movie room'." They arrived early (during a snowstorm) and were packed so well! Each chair wrapped in plastic with protective cardboard inside a cardboard box. No damage. The true test was: is this 6 foot, 250+ pound guy going to find them comfortable? Answer: Yes! I love them. Sturdy cushion (but not rock hard) and very comfortable height. Perfect swivel. The velvet(y) fabric is so nice and the pleats on the back add to the feel I'm going for in the room. I am so happy with this purchase!
