Great in theory, but......

It's great in theory but doesn't work so well in practice. On all of them, the wire pops out of the piece where it attaches to the shelf so I had to hold them as if it was just sitting on the shelf; on one of them, the piece that attaches to the top side of the bin broke off. The one good feature- I like the clear front so I can see exactly what's in it!

Does not fit a standard shelf or hold

I was excited about this item because I am short. I wanted to be able to see what I was reaching for and grab about it without taking 10 other things down with it. Unfortunately, this item didn’t fit my standard shelf. I even tried cutting off the top, taping the end, but the screws that you put into the bottom of the shelf to hold onto really don’t plastic spread slip off. So I am using just the bin part so I can see what’s in it. I still need my stepladder.

great but our closets are too shallow for them to work

Very poorly made, not that useful anyway

Complete junk! I thought the concept was good but then once I put it in place I realized that it's really not all that useful. And then ---- while I was still testing it out, before I put anything in it, one side of the pivoting arm broke out of the end that fixes it to the bin!

Disappointed

I just received these and was very excited to use them. I ordered 2. One was broken upon receipt, and the other broke the first time I used it. It's a great concept, but the plastic parts that fit into the grommet holes, pop right out the very second you try to put it on the shelf. The metal arms that fit into the circular plastic part, also pop right out. I thought about gluing the arms in, but realized it wouldn't help since the circular piece won't stay in anyway. I gave this 2 stars because the cubes are nice.

These are great in theory; not so great in reality

I recently bought these to organize my wooden closet shelf above the clothes pole. The baskets are nice; they seem sturdy enough. The wire mechanism, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Many of the wires came out of the plastic piece up at the top before I even got the baskets loaded. Some of the shelf clips won’t snap the wire in so they slip a lot. These would be perfect, I think, if they were better made. I will be using these mostly as a basket on the shelf since the wire mechanism doesn’t work.

Did not work for me

I bought this with the intention of using it in my bedroom closet , but unless you have a walk in closet or a very wide closet, this will not work for you. There is not enough space for it to pull down. Since it would of cost me more to return it then worth, I threw the brackets out and ended up just using the storage bin for something else.

Horrible!!

The rod that connects the basket to the shelf doesn’t click in so it won’t stay connected. Therefore the whole contraption is useless for its design. It’s fine for a closet basket but just know you will have to pull it off the shelf, the rod won’t work!!

Waste of money

I removed the clips and the plastic came right off the bar- looks horrible- very flimsy- wish there were free returns for the all junk this place sells

Pull Down Closet Storage Bin

These bins are great for what i have to use them for, i put my towels and my bedsheets in different ones and use them for storage on top of my closet.....they work wonderfully.

Disappointed

They are useful only while sitting on the shelf. When rotated downward, off the shelf, the wire arms slide out of the rotation joints they are linked to.

Do not waste your money

I had not even put anything in it, just attached to shelf and was lowering it to see how it worked and the arm broke off the one side.

They wouldn't stay together or stay attached to closet shelf.

Good for organization

These bins are great, but the poles that attach them and are supposed to let you pivot them off the shelf are cheap and fell apart the first time used.

In theory this works but I couldn’t get the rod to stay in the side button. If it works I would recommend

I bought 2 of these to use in my craft room. They hold tissue paper and bows. I think they could be a bit stronger, but are working fine. I am thinking of buying one more.

More of a hassle

I purchased these exclusively because of the drop-down feature offered. What a disappointment in the quality that results in the arm of the pull - down mechanism consistently pops out of place, making it more of a burden, so much so that I removed them from both baskets & DM stuck with 2 $17 each baskets that don't do as advertised. Flimsy!

I REALLY wanted this to work!!! But unfortunately, for me, it doesn't.
