Nothing short of outstanding! Luke was completely professional, knowledgeable and patient. We did everything on line with his help. He made himself available. Called when he said he would even after hours to be sure we were comfortable with the process. Highly recommend Ashley Home store and especially Luke. Our chairs are scheduled to be delivered in five days. Will update when the order arrives.

Very comfortable chair well made great fabric that matches t

Loved the chair. Did not like the swivel and rocking base on chair. Did it know the chair came with a rocking base. Removed the swivel and rocker base replaced with an 3†high walnut legs that match the sofa base and legs. This made the chair much easer to get out of. The chair now remains stable due to the removal of the base. You might consider this as an option for the purchaser to choose.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Have the same chair bought a year ago and like it. The seat makes noise when move. Had repair men out yesterday and they took bottom apart and stretched the lining. Thought it was okay, but when sat down last night still makes noise. Back pillow was over stuffed so they removed some stuffing.

Good as we hoped

Bought 2 for our “coffee nook†and they fit perfectly and look great. Fast accurate delivery and so far (2 weeks) they’re solid and comfortable.

Disappointed

The left arm feels as if the wood is broke it. It's not flat and smooth like the right arm is. Disappointing considering the cost of the chair.

Very comfy, quality chair

I love the quality and design of this chair. It’s comfy. I gave it 4 stars because the arms are narrower than I thought and makes resting my forearms a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it’s perfect for my stature!!! I would definitely recommend this chair!

This chair is gorgeous! Even prettier than depicted. The weave tones lend to either light greys or beige with white undertone. Soo pretty!

Comfortable seat, difficult getting out.

Sits nice and high and works for napping, but getting out is difficult since it leans far forward; also the back cushion falls loose when I get out.

Chair review

We really enjoy the rocking and swivel of the chairs very convenient with little kids. Although the stuffing and the back pillow was a little much. Actually made the chair very uncomfortable had to take some of it out. So now it looks frumpy which is kind of sad because they’re such a pretty chairs.

Not what I was expecting. Tilts forward. Not as comfortable

I’m not comfortable in it. It tilts forward when you’re sitting in it. It’s not comfortable like I thought it was going to be.

Need to improve the back cushion!

The chair is just what I wanted, with the exception of the back cushion. It did not have a cushion inside like the one in the store and was stuffed with some sort of synthetic material that made it too puffy and lumpy. I have purchased some furniture grade foam to make a cushion to replace the stuffing and make the cushion fit better.

Pretty but needs arm padding!

I think the chair is comfortable, good looking, like the swivel and rocking factor. However, it definitely needs a lot more padding in the arms. You hit your arm and it causes bruises. All you feel is the fabric covering hard wood or whatever it is, really hard! Add some cushion to arms and you would have a 5 star chair!

Superb quality and sleek lines

Purchased two swivel chairs for the family room and love them! The swivel option allows those seated to watch television and in a moment turn the speak with others in the room. Superb quality and sleek lines enrich the room. Enthusiastically recommend the Kambria Accent chair!

Love this chair for my bedroom

I purchased this chair to place in my bedroom. It looks great and its so comfy! Love that this chair rocks and swivels plus this material I chose goes with any decor.

Comfortable but not good looking.

The chairs have the qualities that I was looking for. I am 5’2†and when sitting all the way into the chair my feet must touch the floor. The back cushion is high to rest my head and the cushions are reversible. The chair swivels and rocks easily and the chair has arm rests. Truly a chair for a senior. However, it is poorly made and looks like a very “cheap†piece of furniture. The arm rests are not padded enough and look worn although brand new.

Absolutely love them!

Excellent addition to our large Master Bedroom Suite

After much searching we found the perfect addition to our large Master Bedroom Suite. Color was outstanding and ease of use fantastic. Price was a major incentive!

Awesome chair

I Love this chair! My husband is not so fond of it, but we have different tastes. I have been complimented on it by others, It is very comfortable. Swivels and rocks; everything i wanted. Gave the living room a make over.

Great fit for us!

It is the right proportion for a smaller family room. It is a great mix and match chair. We paired it with a leather taupe sofa. The black stripe is more distressed which works great with a farm house style but it could work with most styles.
