Good product at this price point.

The shed arrived well packed although the delivery was pushed out two days one day at a time. It still arrived before the promise date, but it was a bit annoying that it got pushed at the end of each day. The shed did shed (ha) a lot of white plastic powder all over the inside of the box, so don't unpack somewhere that it would bother you to have a lot of that on the floor. I recommend unboxing outside. Putting it together following the instructions was easy, but the screws that were supposed to bolt the door hinge to the unit were just too big diameter, so I used some others I had on-hand. It is very important to make sure that the install place is really level or the doors will not line up perfectly when you are closing them and that will affect the top hatch. So, I had to shim mine a little to make it work but now it opens and closes really well. The long metal square "tube" that acts as the latching mechanism for the lid was bent on one end so I had to thread everything from the other end, but that worked out okay. Overall I think it is a decent product at this price point. I'm not sure how it will stand up to years of abuse because it really is just held together with screws in plastic. I added a shelf to the unit and that works well too.

Poor Workmanship and Shoddy Materials

I've bought several Keter outdoor sheds over the years and bought this recently for my son. The build quality has severely degraded over the years. The plastic is definitely thinner than it used to be and worst of all the mechanism started to seize within 2 weeks. Called Customer Support, but they gave me a song and dance about how it must be something else.

Not sure about the quality

This is described as resin, but it is very soft, hollow cell resin. The instructions are clear enough, and assembly took about an hour by myself.

Great shed for storage

Pretty easy to assemble only need assistance in a few steps. Solid form and sturdy. We use as trash can storage. Recommend for condo units to have that uniform look

Do not buy!

I strongly suggest you do not buy this product. In fact, I am shocked Home Depot stocks it. The pre-drilled scew holes do not match up with the pieces intended to affix to it. The back panels are intended to have a connector slide into them but they are not designed to accept the connector piece - I had to improvise a solution. Its obvious this prodcut is produced in China because the instructions are ambigous at best and indepherible at worst. I had to assemble pieces and then dis-sassemble them to find the right way to get them to work.

Decent Storage Shed a little pricy for the quality of the materials !! NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED with the shed !! Frustrating like trying to put a jigsaw puzzle together!!

We received our Keter Elite Outdoor Storage Unit and my son had it completely assembled in 2 hours! He suggests: use a drill and a helper and follow step by step directions! We are very happy with this product. We easily fit all our outdoor cushions/pillows, 3 coolers, 2 heavy duty folding beach chairs, and room for a little more. We highly recommend this product. Easy to follow instructions. Pieces are labeled and nicely packaged. Spacious and light. Seems good enough for light duty storage.

63 Gallon Trashcans only

What the advertisement and description doesn't tell you, is that this only fits two 63 gallon trashcans. Every neighborhood I've lived in uses 96 gallon trashcans. Learn from my fail, and their unclear product description.

Terrible quality control

I experienced the same quality issues a lot of other reviewers experienced. Luckily it was on the very first step so I didn’t have too much time invested. The very first part (esMF) holes did not match up with the base. Not sure if the base is off or the part. Customer service was reachable (on Thanksgiving) but the part would take weeks to arrive and there’s no guarantee it is the problem, ot there aren’t more problems as I go. This is getting returned as soon as the store opens tomorrow.

Roof leaks at seam

The roof leaks at the seam -- it should have been designed with some type of overlap to ensure that water can't get in. To avoid returning it, I'm going to have to come up with a 3rd party solution to address this problem.
