Looks great! Sturdy and solid. Top is ivory in color - matches white Toto toilet. Very happy with purchase and would recommend. Like the size of the sink and the one hole in top.

I would love to tell you but waiting til contractors are ready to unveil it so that it will be protected! Anxious to see how well it is put together and reveal hopefully what kind of wood it is made out of. . .hopefully not rubberwood. . .

Cabinet swells when wet

While installing the facet, water leaked in main cabinet, floor of cabinet swelled.

no backsplash, otherwise great

Liking the look of the installed vanity better even than I had hoped - no complaints whatsoever. I noticed that the Eviva Happy model has a different drawer setup - and is 18" deep rather than unit's 24" depth. So don't get them mixed up and think about not having a backsplash - especially if you don't have anything but wall behind the unit. The no backsplash thing bothers me, personally. Otherwise it's great, and looks better proportioned than most this small.

Drawers size and number is MISREPRESENTED!!!

Online it shows 4 working smaller drawers and one larger (wide) drawer on the bottom. Mine only hhas a total of 3 drawers instead of 5 (and yes I am comparing the same size). the top small drawer does not actually work...its a dummy drawer. the 2nd smaller one works, but the 3rd and 4th smaller drawers are actually one deep drawer (combines the 2 smaller). And then it does have the drawer on the bottom. This is NOT what I signed up for!!!

Not as pictured, has wood splits

So disappointed with what was received. The actual product has splits in the wood that changes the look of the vanity. Customer service did not know why it was different from the photo, or if it was possible to get it without the splits. Have to return and start over.

Quality piece and I think the price tag reflects that. I love it and it's meets our needs for a small space. Form and function abound with this piece!

Had a little trouble installing the faucet but not sure if that was the fault of the faucet design or space under the vanity top. It was a bit tricky hooking up the water supply lines but finally got it done. Looks good & seems very well made.

The unit is well made, but is not as described which is important for small space planning. It would have been 5 stars if it came as described. There are only 3 true drawers - 1 false and one double height that appears as 2. The hardware was also brushed nickel and not chrome. Both shipments I received had an off white countertop that contrasts with the bright white sink and cabinet.
