Hardware was super easy to assemble and it wasn't too time consuming. The directions says 2 people but it definitely requires 4 at some points. Very good quality.

Very sturdy gazebo.

Having got through a gazebo every year, I felt it was time to pay a bit extra and buy something more substantial. This gazebo didn't disappoint. It's really sturdy and the canopy draws back as required, which is great when it's windy.

Attractive and solid pergola

Very simple to put together and erect, with clear instructions. The holding down pegs were not really long enough for my lawn, so I replaced them with 9 inch steel pegs bought online. It seems solid enough, but has only been up a few weeks and so time will tell. So far, so good. The only problem is pigeons perching on the rails and doing what pigeons do.

Went together well, canopy bars bend easy... gathered water and loops on fabric aren't very strong, provides good shade but be careful with stronger winds...

The rings which hold the cloth to the frame are crap and do not sustain innow have a frame w no cloth

Holding down patio.

I’ve bought flat bottomed tall buckets to put legs in. Cement down and than dirt and annuals added for show around patio leg buckets. I’m positive warranty ruined!!

Took more than 2 hrs for one person to set up but decent instructions and looks nice once it’s up.

Worst instructions ever.

I sat in my yard and cried. Took 3 nights and 4 people to put it together. Not enough bolts. Not sure it was worth the cost. We got it up, but we will see how long it actually lasts. My neighbors heard things out of my mouth I am not proud of. I HATE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Broke with the first rain fall. Not worth the money. The rods bent like twigs and there was no wind.

No replacement available for fabric canopy

This product was fairly easy to assemble. It was nice to be able to retract it when storms came through or during the winter. My biggest complaint is that the fabric only lasted 1.5 years before starting to rip and fall apart. We found new hardware to attach it to the frame (steel cables instead of the plastic rings). After almost 2 years, many of the fabric loops to attach it have ripped off, and the ends have ripped so that the metal stabilizing rods just fall out.

Uprights had several dents/scratches

Easy to assemble. Too heavy to return after I found out the legs/uprights were dented/scratched. Pay attention to the A1/B2 sections because I connected mine the wrong way and had to change them around.

Really happy with my purchase. Was tricky to put together as it's so high, definitely need someone tall or a ladder !!! But it's worth it.

Love the way this looks in my back yard. It was a pain to assemble but after three hours and 3 people e we finally got it. Would definitely say get one. It’s really nice.
