The rug came quickly and was packaged well. The shade of blue was exactly what I thought it would be. It is a dramatic change from what I had previously, so it has taken a couple days to get accustomed to it; however, I'm very pleased with it now. The quality very good. It still have a couple areas that haven't laid flat yAet; however, it has only been three days and is improving each day. The company did follow up with an email suggesting how to unfold and relax the fibers.
