I purchased this as a main bedframe when I was first graduating college and it has lasted a decade and five moves. It's now in my guest bedroom and still looks as good as new. I like the simple modern design and the fact that it can be used without a box spring to keep it low to the ground for aesthetic reasons. Overall, I would purchase again and recommend for anyone considering it.

This bed is not King size bed. It is certainly misleading to sell with title as king bed and then mention different dimensions. Pathetic customer service too. When asked if I can return, they said it has to be in original packing and as is or you won’t get full money/store credit back. Now i have to love with this giant bed with 6inch gap that looks soo ugly even after paying hundreds of dollars for this

The gray is actually quite green in color.

Its very green! The color os cery differwnt feom the gray in the stock photo. But its a well built, sturdy bed. I just wish the color was more true on the site... its more green than gray.

This bed is awesome. It looks very high end in person. Sleek lines and frame, the horizontal tufting is also a really nice touch. Only downside is that the bed did not come with the legs. I had to contact overstock to get them sent, but they did that quickly. Great value and quality for price.

Great Bargain

We were looking for a sleek, modern, platform bed for our spare bedroom, and this fits the bill. It looks great, fits our budget, and the padded bed-frame is a bonus. It's quite labor intensive to assemble, but very worth it. The mattress we paired with it was a pillow-top, so it reduced the usable height of the headboard, but I'm still very pleased with the results.

I love the bed headboard and frame!

After receiving the incorrect merchandise, I received the correct merchandise, and it was fabulous! The mattress was to be delivered by a different vendor on September 18th, and initially I was upset that the frame would not be ready. The frame was too heavy for me to bring up the stairs and assemble if I received it later than 9/18. Much to my delight, the replacement frame arrived on 9/17, and I had assistance with assembly and moving it upstairs. Finally, the incorrect merchandise was picked up without an issue. Thank you for turning a bad situation into great one!

This piece of furniture looks sharp. The woven fabric appears fairly durable and will coordinate with a multitude of bed coverings. I purchased the king size and I was pleased with its stability as it has a total of 10 legs underneath-1 in each corner and 6 additional ones hidden out-of-sight. The slats are 3.5" apart. There are 3 rows of slats with 13 in each row. Assembly was pretty easy with 2 people. The top of the headboard is about 35.75" from the floor. There is only about 15.5" of headboard peering over the top of my 10.5" thick mattress. This makes it too short to lean my head against it if I am sitting up watching TV or reading. However, it does give me ample space for artwork on the wall behind it. For reference, the ceiling is 9' tall. Very happy with my purchase overall.

The perfect platform bed for the perfect price. Shipping was super quick and nothing was damaged on arrival. The bed looks like it costs a lot more than it does. I got the king size and it goes perfect with my king size Nectar mattress (no boxspring needed). I was able to assemble alone in about an hour. Instructions could have been better, but a lot of it was common sense.

Love this!! It's simple and modern and looks great for either a boy or girl or adult room. So easy to put together. Took me only 1.5 hours to put it together, although I did need a little bit of help with the longer parts as my arms are not long enough to reach. I definitely recommend this bed if you are looking for one. The quality was fine. The cartons were a bit torn up but the product itself was fine. Love! Love! Love!!

Excellent quality bed

I purchased this for my son's 7 year old remake of his room. I was upgrading from his nursery and this was a perfect choice. Very masculine and perfect for a "boys" room. Love the soft corners and the headboard is great. Pretty easy to put together...the only difficulty came with the center bar....having to screw it in was a little tough. Awkward position to screw in and no predrilled holes. All and all...AWESOME bed!!

Quality product; was damaged in transport

This platform bed is a great value for the money. Would give it a 5 for quality. Unfortunately, headboard fabric was damaged in transit - packaging had a hole in it. Reps were okay but no followup as they said they would. After at least 4 calls, I reached Holly. She took care of everything. Thank you Holly. I was persistent and am now loving our new headboard and platform bed.

Product came in terrible condition

I will say the overall look of this bed is nice but when I received the bed it had no instructions for putting it together so it took a few minutes longer to figure out all of the pieces. There's a large grease stain on one side of the fabric of the bed that won't come clean. This is not surprising as I can see boot prints all over the slats, showing that care was not taken of this product. To top it all off I was missing half of the middle slat fittings. I was able to spread the remaining slats out far enough to make the bed usable until the other slat fittings arrived after I had to call customer service. Once the slats arrived I was not surprised to see that they sent me the wrong slats! I even sent a picture of the exact ones I needed to avoid confusion. I have now called customer service again to have them resend the center slat fittings. I am not happy with this purchase at all.

I like this bed

Love MCM furniture. This is a great MCM style bed. Easy to put together, but there are cross bars without predrilled holes that were a slight delay. I've actually put it together twice, since I had to remove it to refinish my floors, no problem putting it together either time. It is low to the ground, too low for my night stands, so I put the it on risers. That causes the center to droop, so I put 4 boards across the slats. Works like a dream.

Great Choice!

We needed a bed with a low profile that would sit beneath a window without obstructing the view or make it difficult to open and close the blinds, the bed fits perfectly. It was delivered in just a few days and everything was in pretty good condition. There was a small hole poked through the box which tore the fabric on the back of the headboard but no big deal there. Assembled the bed in about an hour with the tool that came with the bed. All parts were included and it seems very sturdy: no squeaks or wobbles. So far very happy with this purchase.

Great product; Packaging issues

The bed is the exact color I was expecting. Assembly wasn't bad - A little over an hour with two people. Seems very sturdy. I found the description of the height of the headboard a little confusing. The headboard was on the shorter end of what I was expecting.

Good value

Pleased with the quality. The fabric is not scratchy, as I feared. Fits together solidly. The headboard seems a bit shorter than it appears in the photo. I did not put it together, so can't speak to how difficult it was, other than I heard no complaints about it being hard to do. Have only had a few days, will try to follow up later. I gave it four stars for a great value for the quality, but not exactly five star quality.

Great design but mediocre quality

Overall I really like the sleek, minimalist design of this bed. I like that it is different than most of the "tufted" upholstered beds. It was easy to assemble; I did it myself in about an hour. My two complaints are: 1) the top of the headboard is not totally level i.e. the padding is not even (see photo). I did not really notice or discover this until I had the bed assembled and in place. At that point I did not want to disassemble the bed, have to pack it back in the box and pay return shipping so I just decided to live with it. However it does really bother me.

Good looking but low

Bed is easy to assemble - that's a big pro. It looks really good too, nice classy gray. One of the side rails came with a hole in the fabric but overstock sent a replacement piece (although that took a 2 week wait which was a bummer because we really needed to use the bed and had no choice but to sleep on an air mattress for 2 weeks while waiting). The bed is low, it is obvious and not something you can ignore no matter which way you look at it. Because of the design of the headboard, trying to elevate the be Get by adding a springboard or thicker bunkie board will cover the design of the headboard and alter at overall look and feel. I used a 8" mattress and it definitely feels low and it is not recommended to use more than a 12" mattress as advised by overstock. However my feel is even at 12", it will still feel low. That's how low it is.

Rivals more expensive beds

After looking at West Elm, I took a quick look on overstock and figured we'd give it a try. As someone who's put together a lot of furniture, I'd say, this was not terribly complicated, all pieces were included, everything lined up well and was easy to assemble. Bed looks great - the only thing I'd mention is to measure the top of the headboard - it's subjective, but it's pictured looking like the top is higher, but once you put a thicker mattress (most are now) there's not much viewing room for the headboard. Great purchase though, would recommend highly.

Like it!

This product arrived on schedule in two separate boxes. Assembly was not really difficult. It took two people an hour or less to put it together using only a Phillips screwdriver along with the hardware supplied. You do have to look closely at the instructional drawings. We had to back-track once. No big deal. The finished product is sturdy and attractive. The color is just as pictured online. We are pleased! There was some chemical odor noticeable from the headboard. It dissipated completely in about one week.
