The set looks cute but it’s smaller than expected and the material is so cheap and thin, very disappointing

Beware !! It looks very nice at first but the material is very cheap. After 5 months of purchase the staples and threads are tearing off and the fabric is getting darker. All that even through i purchased sofa covers. It will get worse without the covers !

Good idea purchase

The PRODUCT (sofa and chair set) itself is the prettiest, but most NON-FUNCTIONAL piece of expensive furniture I've ever purchased. It might as well sit behind a rope in a museum. No one will want to sit in it. It is a comfortable as a metal prison bunk! What did you fill those cushions with? Concrete? The ad said the pillows were "medium-firm". This is not true. They're made of rock. These cushions will need to be replaced with something that "gives" to human proportions. Why make something so lovely-looking such a hostile seating environment? The cost investment was certainly more than enough to provide comfortable cushions, and buyers should be made aware that this a "statement" not a comfort piece. Please be more honest in your advertisement, and by all means, make softer cushions! Most people want to USE their furniture, not just look at it. I like the way it looks, but my family and friends will wonder why I've chosen to punish them with this furniture. It's shockingly inappropriate for a home. I really wanted to LOVE this and was very excited. However, I don't love it, and now I don't know what I'm going to do about it.

Awesome set. Looks amazing in our formal living room. Cushions are firm, but that was desirable for us. They seem to be breaking in nicely. Originally purchased this as a 3-piece set but only 2 arrived. Customer service was extremely helpful and determined that the listing was incorrect, sent me the additional chair right away and fixed the listing. Overall thrilled with the set!

I took a risk buying this due to no reviews, and I’m proud to say I have no regrets making that decision! Honestly it’s so beautiful! It was stiff at first but is already getting more comfortable over the past few days. I really appreciate the roundness of the furniture as well, you’re bound to be supported no matter how you sit. I’m not sure if it’s comfortable for tall people tho, will have to ask. Also customer service was great! Quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. I appreciate that!

This set came in yesterday and looks far better than the pictures. The quality of the fit and finish is outstanding.
