This is my 3rd beach theme n I love it. Wash n drys good. Plan on making curtains n adding length to the new quilt with pieces from my old one.

Quilt Set

I ordered the Coral Color not realizing there would be so much peach in it. It's really fine since I just needed the print for the shams. I would have loved to be able to buy just the shams separately in the blue as well.

Going to be using this one on a guest bed when I am rotating out the other comforters I use for washing. It could be MUCH softer than it is, but it has a luxurious yet understated look and will only be slept on occasionally. So, I guess it is not as big a deal for me that it isnt plush. it is also not a quilt in the sense youd traditionally think. Kind of thin. So, Do notexpect a ton of warmth without the aid of an additional blanket. If you plan to use it for your own bed, Id say to really consider how soft you like your bedding to be. I am not saying it is sandpaper, but it isnt my idea of everyday sleeping material. I suppose throwing it in the wash with some fabric softener could lighten things up, but I can not tell you with certainty whether that will work. My honest advice is that it is perfectly fine for a guest room, but Id personally look into other options for my own bed.
